brilliant position and great staff; very helpful in finding great places to eat, and great places to shop- they were spot on in identifying quirky places to find local designers. It's an indulgence to pay this for a hotel. Whiloe great too look at the bed/bath design can be a challenge getting in and out of both! |

Liked the spa, the 70s chic design, the location. The 22 Euro Swisscom wireless connection charge for 24 hrs was excessive. |

Close access to shopping, and easy to the airport. The reception provided excellent service. The breakfast room is a club at night, not very attractive for breakfast ( Dark ). Housekeeping skipped the cleaning of my room one day. The worst was the foam mattress. Not comfortable at all, and one would get hurt from the bed frame. |

Hotel accommodated my request for room with a view. Nice room & hotel. Charge for internet was a bit high. The carpets in the hallway are worn out. |

fantastic design hotel, need to be experienced the rooms are small and there is not enough space for hanging the clothes and the room was not practical! good for 1 night stay, not for a longer stay |

The Welnessbereich was good. The single room was a bit small, but OK for one person and design is great like the sound system for personal iPod. The staff was young, professional and nice. |
