This hotel claims 4 stars superior, but it doesn't compare to any other 4 star hotel we have visited, and even 3 star were better. There was a fruit basket and a bottle of mineral water in the room, a small consollation... Small room facing a street,no feeling of luxury of any kind, no toiletteries, no lobby to speak off, not friendly. Dinner and breakfast were very good, and the location good also. |

A lovely hotel and excellent breakfast. Very central position for town square and for exploring the town in general and the surrounding countryside. |

Stayed here for a racing event at Oschersleben. Remarkable value for money, very pretty place and town (Unesco World Heritage), nice rooms and very good restaurant, excellent service It's a 40 min drive to Oschersleben. |

The friendliness and politeness of all the staff, its central position in the town, the size of the rooms. We approved of the way corridor lights only came on as you approached them which avoided wasting electricity. The candles along the window ledges of the main corridor were a nice touch. Not really, just that perhaps for visitors like ourselves who were staying several days it would have been nice to have a copy of "Hör Zu" for TV programmes. |

Good sized room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We arrived on the evening and when I inquired if it would be possible to have a massage the next morning, I was told that they did not know if the masseure would be coming in or not. If you have a spa and facilities for massage, I would like to suggest that the possibility to have a massage be up to 8 p.m.as it is needed after a long day of driving or sighseeing! I had requested a room with a view, but got a room facing the car park! |

Am Hotel haben mir die Lage, die Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück gefallen. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, ebenso wie das Bad, hatte aber wenig Stimmung, die ich bei einem Schlosshotel erwartet hätte, Mobiliar, Deko, etc. |

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Als wir anreisten war der Mülleimer im Bad voll, wurde aber dann sofort geleert. Als wir abends in der Gaststätte essen wollten kam auch nach 15 min. noch kein Kellner, andere Gäste saßen auch "trocken". Wir sind dann wieder gegangen und haben woanders gegessen. Der Zweitparkplatz des Hotels (kostenfrei) ist eine Ruinenlandschaft. |

Komfort-Zimmer sind sehr zu empfehlen, Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer, Frühstück lecker. Sauna, Dampfbad und Ruheraum sind schön, Wirlpool war außer Betrieb (wohl schon seit längerem?). Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze sollten reservierbar sein, dann kann es nicht vorkommen, dass abend der Parkplatz voll ist. Was für uns aber kein Problem war, da in der Nähe genügend Parkplätze vorhanden waren. Schön wäre auch ein TV-Programm auf dem Zimmer und mehr Informationen über das Haus und die Stadt.Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, das mit wenig Aufwand (s.o.) zum Hotel der Spitzenklasse werden könnte. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich. Das Hotel ist mit modernen und antiken Dingen ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Komfortzimmer war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Bademäntel auf dem Bett. Die Matratzen waren gut. Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Quedlinburg ist eine Reise wert. |

La salle de restaurant est très belle et ancienne, de ce fait l'ambiance y est très romantique. Un fond de musique classique réhausse encore cette atmosphère. A ne pas râter ! |

prachtige toepassing van een historisch gebouw in een droom van een stadje we kregen een van de kleinere kamers waardoor maar 1 makkelijke stoel en geen bureaublad. En de ontbijtmessen scherpen , hahah!! |
