Lady at reception was very unfriendly, rude. Also they had no information about my arrival, stay in hotel. I guess they are unorganized & try to over charge their customers. Bathroom had no lights, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok & lady serving it was friendly, except the one at reception. Hotel is still under renovation. Would recommend booking.com not sell this hotel.

here were no any positive points that I can advise others to stay in this hotel. We reserved a room with en suit bathroom, TV and Internet they put us in a room with a common in the corridor bathroom and no TV nor internet and the room was very cold. I do not recomend this hotel to any one for the value of you can get much much better hotel

This is an extremely clean hotel. We are two adults taking our 20 year old daughter to Jacobs University. The price was very reasonable especially for a triple room. Ususally a triple is an extra bed squeezed into a small double room. We got 3 bedrooms with a huge bathroom! The staff were all friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was great. We took the train so it was a bit of a walk from the Ritterhude station. However when returning from Vegesack by taxi, we found the hotel is only a short block off of the Autobahn. No problems. None of the staff spoke English but we were able to communicate enough to get our issues settled.

Good price, big room and friendly staff. It was quite clean, but could be better. Quite some noise at night from other guests, I guess workers, but I could live with it.

het bad was wel goed. de warme maaltijd tegen betaling was wel goed maar het ontbijt is matig. het bed was slecht, de handdoeken waren oud en rafelig, bij brand is de situatie slecht,niet veilig.Bij aankomst waren ons namen niet bekend en we moesten vooruit betalen. Dit hotel is bedoeld voor gastarbeider.

Wij waren er eigenlijk alleen 's avonds. De eerste nacht hebben we er ook gegeten. Eten was prima, zeker tegenover de kosten. Ontbijt is ook prima verzorgd!

La colazione era buona anche nel ristorante si mangiava bene. La camera era abbastanza pulita e comoda. Senza ascensore con le scale molto ripide. Ignoranza totale verso tutte le lingue straniere faceva molto difficile la communicazione. L'albergo era molto irragiungibile dai mezzi pubblici.

efficient opgezet lekker eten vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Afwijkende openingstijden, waren wel vermeld, maar je verwacht dat je rond 15:00 uur naar je kamer kan. Was prima opgelost, er was een deur open zodat er al wel bagage kon worden achtergelaten.

Mir hat nur das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen. Ich hatte ein EZ im EG. Das Kippfenster ließ sich nicht schließen, auch nicht mit Hilfe der Gastgeberin (Eigentümerin). So hatte ich die ganze kühle Nacht über Frischluft wie auf der Schlafbank des Bahnhofs. Im Kleiderschrank waren keine Bügel. Bemerkung der Vermieterin: Sie haben ja kein Komfortzimmer gebucht, sondern ein einfaches Zimmer, da müssen Sie mit dieser Situation zurecht kommen.

Das Zimmer das wir bewohnten war für eine Nacht ok, Bettwäsche und Bett waren sehr gut. Frühstück war ok Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche sollte erneuert werden, da fühlte ich mich nicht ganz wohl.
