Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. We were well looked after Not aware such a steep slope into carpark which was tricky in icy conditions

I have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it. It is in a small village on a hill with lovely views over the countryside. Very peaceful. The restaurant is also excellent.

Good rooms. One of our rooms got upgraded with thanks. Staffs professional. Breakfast not to be missed. Staff came to tablesand personally took order for tea/coffee, very nice. Location might be difficult to reach without car. We booked a room with an extra bed but was not provided but charged.

The Hotel was nearly perfect. If I would add anything it would be an Ice machine for guests to use. Of course this is coming from an American, my European friends would most likely not miss having access to ice.

It's size and personal feeling. Food is very good. TV in my room (35) not working on HD channels but I was told this would be fixed over coming weeks.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Im Hotel wird WLAN angepriesen. Ich hatte extra noch mal angerufen. Da wurde mir mitgeteilt, es sei im ganzen Hotel verfügbar. Das war auch ein wesentlicher Bestandteil für diese Hotelbuchung. Am Bachmittag war auch noch WLAN vorhanden. Am Abend bis zum nächsten Tag gab es kein WLAN mehr. Das Laptop zeigte immer an : Probleme mit dem Server.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgeschildert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, auch die Heizung hat bei -16°C prima funktioniert. Bad ist tip top, auch ein Fön ist da :o). Man kann im Restaurant gut Essen, es gibt eine kleine Karte, dafür ist aber jedes Gericht lecker, was allgemein als Zeichen von Qualität gilt. Der Lunchpaketservice ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Sauna ist groß genug, der Ruhebereich allerdings zu klein. Vielen Dank Ich hatte ein Zimmer neben dem Eingang zum Innenhof, es war extrem hellhörig, man hat sämtliche Geräusche der Treppe und vom Außenbereich live mitbekommen: unterm Vordach stehen die Raucher und es sind Holzblöcke für Saufspielchen aufgestellt... Das hat mir sehr unruhige Nächte beschert, zumal es in zwei von drei Nächten deutlich länger als 22 Uhr sehr laut zuging. Verbesserungsmaßnahmen würde ich genau hier ansetzen und versuchen diesen Konflikt zu lösen, denn ich war auf Geschäftsreise, musste entsprechend früh raus und habe definitiv nicht genug Schlaf bekommen.

Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung und ich das Nachtessen (gebratene Ente) war so etwas von lecker, wie ich es schon lange nicht mehr gegessen habe.

der Komfort bietet alles,was die Aussage zum Hotel entspricht.Ich war angenehm überrascht,daß es hier absolut keine Beanstandungen gab und die gesamte Einrichtung in Topzustand sich befand. Das Arrangement war Wohlgefühl top.Alles funktionierte ohne Tadel... Da gibt es wirklich nichts,auch wenn man mit der Lupe suchen sollte....

Goed en rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden en een zalige douche. Het avondeten was lekker en het ontbijt was voldoende uitgebreid. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
