The staff were friendly, there was convenient car parking it was quite a long walk to the centre of town, about 15mins |

Reasonable price for the accomodation. There was a lot of noise from the street during the night - there is a kebab shop open very late opposite teh hotel.Thete is no lift in the annexe. |

Fantastic and spacious family room. Very good breakfast. The parking across the road is somewhat complicated to use when arriving and leaving as it requires a room key for access. |

Good location next to the Mosel River. Excellent terrace where we had the comprehensive breakfast watching the occasional boat pass. Could have stayed there all morning. We were not made aware that the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday evenings. There is only very limited onsite parking in a 2 car garage that costs 8 Euros per night. That said this was ideal and secure for our motorcycles. |

Very good quality for the price. Very good breakfast included with the room. Walkable to all in downtown Trier and free parking included. Our room was on the Aachener Strasse side and there was a little bit of street noise, but it was not significant. |

Old hotel, needs urgent renovation. If you don´t like a dog having a breakfast on a chair near you, avoid the hotel. |

Friendly staff, good breakfast, views of river and city from room, 15 minute walk to city centre. Room was very hot on arrival, car parking only across the street and difficult to unload the car on arrival. |

Erikseen varaustilanteessa esitetty toivomus huoneesta, joka olisi Mosel-joelle päin otettiin huomioon, ja näkymä huoneesta olikin oikein hyvä: joki ja kaupunki vastapäätä, silta kaupunkiin vieressä. Huoneessa oli pieni jääkaappi omien virvokkeiden viilentämiseen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja sitä oli mukava nauttia hotellin ulkoterassilla. Myös aamiaisravintolassa oli hyvin tilaa. Kahden hengen huone oli tosi pieni ja ahdas. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja oleskelumme aikana huoneessa oli kuuman, yli 32-asteisen helteen vuoksi tosi tukalaa. Huoneessa oli myös pölyinen kokolattiamatto, ja pöly tuntui leijailevan kaiken irtonaisen tavaran päälle päivittäin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä - tosin englannin kieltä jotkut ymmärsivät aika huonosti, esim. pyytäessämme englanniksi kahta lusikkaa jugurtin nauttimiseen huoneessamme, meille tarjottiin vara-avainta :) Trierin kaupunki on myös yllättävän iso, joten ilman autoa matkustavien kannattaa ottaa huomioon se, että hotelli sijaitsee melkoisen matkan päässä päärautatieasemasta, kävelymatka asemalta hotelliin on pitkä. (Asemalta pääsee hotellin kupeeseen bussilla n:o 81 ja Porta Nigralta bussilla n:o 1). |

Gunstige locatie ten opzichte van het centrum Het was er zeer lawaaiig 's nachts door de ligging aan een drukke weg en een kebab tent die tot 7.00 's ochtends open is. Als het warm is kun je geen raam fatsoenlijk open zetten omdat de herrie te erg is. Daarnaast is er geen airco aanwezig. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet : voor ieder wat wils ! Mooie, gerieflijke kamers met badkamer. Prima bedden ! (van groot belang : rugpatient) Gedienstig personeel : correcte en volledige uitleg over de kamers ivm een volgend bezoek. Een aanrader ! Wij komen zeker terug ! |

ruime kamers, uitzicht opde moesel tegen 10 euro meerprijs, ontbijt uitstekend. 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum, we zijn maar 1 nacht geweest. Prima dus. indeling is heel hokkerig, heel veel trappen en gangetjes. voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit niet praktisch. geen lift naar 2e verdieping. |
