Pretty nice location right on the river. About a 10 min walk to the city center with all the shopping. Overall good value, hotel staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast Buffett!! Little longer walk to city center than advertised but still ok

The staff especially the young receptionists and the waitesses. Nothing wrong with our room except for the fact that it wass a room with absolutely no view. The view being another window less than 3 metres away and a corridor from where passers-by could look right into the room. So ask for a room with a view to the river or to the street.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to, and the reserved parking was just across the street. They had a nice breakfast buffet. The room was a nice size, but felt a little old- the curtains had stains and ink on them, and there were two spiders up on the ceiling (appeared dead). We were just here overnight, so it didn't really bother us. Also we were on the third floor, and the elevator only goes to the first floor- not too bad really, but just a little hassle.

This hotel might be alright if you get a room facing the river. The rooms that we received had windows directly on a busy street. There was alot of noise at night even with the windows closed. I would not stay in this hotel again because of what happened later. But, if you do decide to stay here, make sure that you get a room with a "river view". We actually complained about the noisy rooms and asked for quieter ones; but of course, the hotel was fully booked. The next day, while we were out visiting the city, the hotel rented our rooms to someone else. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found all of our belongings sitting at the reception; and we were left to find another place to stay for the night.

We choose this hotel for non-smoking rooms, free parking, and free breakfast buffet. The view was pretty of the river. No air conditioning but it did cool off with the windows opened.

Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Rooms are big, clean, bright, comfortable and quiet. Free parking in front of hotel. Magnificant view as hotel just located beside River Mosel. Breakfast buffet is also perfect. My only concern is not being able to rate more than 10 under booking.com system.

Good position, cleaned room and rich breakfast. Good value for money. The staff taking care of the breakfast was not kind, especially a Miss which was complaining whatever we asked.

Everyone in the hotel were welcoming and friendly most could speak English or could understand it. Breakfasts were excellent set you up for the day. The evening restaurant had a good selection of meals on offer. A great place to stay and only a 10minute walk into the centre of trier. Rooms were very clean with everything you need.

The breakfast was outstanding and filled us up until the darkness came. The riverview room was very pleasant and very relaxing to watch boats amble along the river. We slept very well and the bed was quite comfortable. I have to rate this hotel very highly, because they had chocolate cake for breakfast. I love chocolate cake.

The friendliness of the staff and the location. The traffic noise. To warm weather to have window shut but traffic too noisy with it open. A fan would make a big difference.

The hotel is very well located and nearby the river Mosel, which gives you a wonderful atmosphere. It is easy to go jogging and walk around. The rooms are nice, quite big, and confortable. You have also parking included on the price. The brekfast is very good, with a variety of options of food. Some staff of the hotel are not nice. Some people are not polite and answer your necessities without giving you the attention you need. The time of the breakfast ist too short during the weekends: only from 08:00 to 10:00 o'clock. The restaurant's food is not special and they do not accept cards.

Basic room for a solo traveler - clean and quiet, and a good rate; the breakfast was very nice, the staff were polite and friendly; the view from the terrace over the laconic Mosel was delightful and access to the city centre was a short walk over the bridge. Free parking in the secure parking nearby. For price / quality I was quite happy.

Located right next to the river, clean, decent. A bit overpriced compared to what it offered. The lobby smelled of fish.

The location of th ehotel. Near the center only 20 minute walk, near the wine festival. Good parking, good buffet breakfast, friendly staff. The room we got was on the street side not on the river side. It was very noisy. We could not sleep the whole night. We had to open the windows because it was very warm, no air condition. The toilet paper is really the cheap type. Could be softer. You need to ask for the room on the river side.

The restaurant was excellent and the food produced was extremely high quality, we would recommend eating here. The shower was just an attachment to the bath and was dreadful, the curtains didnt cover the window and the noise from teenagers crossing the bridge to get to the nightclub across the road was relentless.

Very friendly and inviting front desk staff, and restaurant staff. Very good breakfast buffet - nice continental spread, with bacon and eggs on request, included with room price. Room was spacious with a view of the river. Very clean and modern looking. Stayed here with two children. Child beds were set up on arrival. Pleasant walking distance to all attractions in the city. Parking spaces (only two). Lady at front desk even called us a cab when we needed to do a food run on Sunday (when the restaurant was closed). My seven year-old says, "I like when the lady (at the front desk) gave us chocolate eggs" and, "I like the spaghetti." That we couldn't stay longer.
