Very friendly and helpful staff; great location; clean.

The staff is pretty friendly (but sometime knows English poor, but not all of them of course))) Location is close to main city attractions Wi-Fi is reliable Supermarket is around a corner, Central station is 5 min by walk

In general this is a regular hotel. Nothing really special. No refrigerator in rooms (but you can ask staff to put your bag in the kitchen refigerator for free)))) No ice machines They give you only one key from your room sometimes it's not convinient if you travel as a couple

The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is ideally placed for a weekend city break - close to the main railway station and the city centre.

Excellent location close to the main train station and city centre. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate in the hotel lobby. Lovely large, bright, comfortable bedroom and spotless, modern bathroom. Good tv service in various languages.

Clean and quiet.

Nice staff, clean rooms and quite a good bed. Location is nice too (although in the "red light district").

Sound isolation of my room wasn't good.

We stayed for 2 separate nights in February and I must say we really enjoyed our stay to the max. We liked everything about the hotel but the best was the service staff. They were the most amazingly helpful and cheerful staff we have ever met during our trips in Germany. We met three different staff members at the reception and the 3 of them were super helpful and cheerful. They made our stay at Hotel Royal special and pleasant. The rooms were warm and spacious enough as a base to explore the city. Breakfast was superb, the best we have had in Germany so far, and the free hot drinks during the day were a great plus. I would recommend gladly this hotel to anybody, and surely we won't need to check for other hotel on our next visit to Munich.

Location is within 5 minutes walking distance to the main train station, and a 10 to 15 minute walk away from major tourist attractions and shopping precinct. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. And the Complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer is very much appreciated on a winters day

It was centrally located, and within comfortable walking distance to the city centre. It was also close to fast food restaurants, kebab shops and other restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. They all spoke English quite competently and were very accommodating of my requests, which included a later check-out time on my day of departure. The room I was given was an upgrade on that which I originally booked - so no complaints there. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was first class. The LCD TV was pretty cool too. Free use of the lobby PC for the internet was a plus. If I had a laptop, the wifi would've been a massive positive too!

The hotel is near some "adult stores", so keep that in mind if travelling with children. Otherwise, there aren't any real negatives that come to mind.

Placement is very cool, near main Railway Station. Free WiFi and Cappucino (all Coffe)

There were no Refrigerator.
