Good clean hotel

We had a good sized room on the top floor. They provided us with a good selection for breakfast. The hotel is in a excellent location, close to the station.

Very large room with lots of light, very comfortable couch.

Bathroom was small Surroundings filled with prostitutes, drug addicts, etc. They close the Hotel's door after 8pm and only open when you ring and state your name and room nr.

There was a trade fair and prices were extremely expensive! I paid around 350 euros for this hotel in which I would have paid around 60-80, it shouldn´t be more.

Near the train station and the touristic downtown.

The street has some "red light houses". The neighborhood is not too much family area.

If you have a pair of ear plug to avoid the noise the drunks in the middle of the night, the rest is just perfect.

Excellent location (near town center), good price (the hotel in Brussel with the same price and for the same term was bad :(

Comfy beds, Great breakfast, convenient for railway and city centre. Good room and facilities. Great value. We came primarily to visit Dachau but also learn more about the Third Reich. Your hotel was convenient for both. Lady who booked us in (was pregnant) was really friendly/ helpful, called me Mr SMITH

The price could be lower

My partner, father and I stayed in Hotel Royal for 1 night in January 2013. We had a double and single room, and were fortunate enough to find the single room was actually a twin room. Whilst nothing fancy, the hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money. It was also fitted with a lift which was convenient for us. We had rooms at the back of the hotel so didn't experience any noise. The bathroom was also suitably equipped and the shower was hot and strong. Whilst other reviews have noted the unfavourable street, we never felt awkward walking in the area (perhaps it was the short stay). The reception staff were great and the free lollies and tea/coffee machine was an added bonus. I recommend this hotel, particularly for the ease of access to the main train station.

The Wifi is excellent - no dead spots and very fast. Rooms are fairly big, clean and soundproof. Reception is open 24hrs

Entrance is ugly. Reception is on 1st floor - cumbersome to carry the luggage. Lift is very small.

Located just near the central railway station, very clear.

That location is not most desirable, with numerous strip clubs and adult businesses along the street.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Had a nice big room at the back of the hotel. Would go back in a heartbeat.
