Very friendly and helpful staff. Not alot of english spoken, but the staff did everything they could to help us. (and they didn't mind our very poor german!!) Restaurant on site is great. very close to Seiffen, where we shopped all day.

Friendliness, comfort, cleanliness, excellent food, BBC World TV, Wi-LAN connection in room, picturesque location We had a room under the eaves of the hotel. It was very elegantly furnished, but the low height of the ceiling over the bed made it difficult to sit comfortably to read or watch tv in bed.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer interessanten historischen Anlage, kompetente Mitarbeiter, die auch eine spontane Buchung schnell und zuverlässig zu bearbeiten in der Lage sind; sehr natürliche und nette Mitarbeiter im Restaurant + sehr gute Küche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, können das Haus nur empfehlen.

建物の外観がかわいく、部屋は緑を貴重としたインテリアで落ち着けました。大人２人＋子供２人の部屋は二部- 屋あり十分な広さ。バスタブなしが残念。ホテルにあるレストランもとても感じがよかったです。ザイフェンの- 中心地まで車で９km。煙り出し人形のメーカー「KWC」のアウトレットがホテルから車で数分のところにあ- った。日曜休み。 オーナー以外の従業員が全く英語が通じなかった。

ザイフェンに行った帰りにこのホテルに泊まりました。ザイフェンからホテルまでは距離があり、徒歩では無理- です。車か自転車があると便利かと思われます。スタッフの方がとても親切‼そして、レストランの食事が最高- です！価格もそこまで高くないのでお勧めです。

Frühstücksbufett sehr gut, Küche hat sehr gute Köche, Bedienpersonal in der Gaststätte sehr freundlich Es können ruhig bis zu 4 Leute in die Sauna gehen. Es muss nicht auf eine Familie beschränkt sein

Die Einrichtung war liebevoll gestaltet, geschmackvoll, nicht überladen. Das Wasser der Dusche war heiß, der Saunaraum einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbüffett war nicht außergewöhnlich, aber abwechslungsreich, reichlich und vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Häuser selber strahlten schon durch ihr Alter große Behaglichkeit aus und sind sehr schön restauriert. Die Betten waren eine Spezialanfertigung, äußerlich schön, aber sehr unpraktisch: Man konnte sich nicht anlehnen, da eine Kante, in der das Licht integriert war, am Kopf störte. Die Lampe wurde sehr heiß, so dass man auch kein Kissen dagegen lehnen konnte und war auch so hell, dass man nicht lesen konnte, ohne den anderen zu stören. Da das Zimmer sehr klein für das Bett war, störten auch die sehr hohen Bettpfosten, um die man sich herumschlängeln musste.
