The staff were great with a can do attitude. They were Prepared to think out of the box. Not easy with a 16 year old in tow. Would visit again. Did not have the chance to use all facilities but were there to use.

Polite, competent staff. Good sauna and a turkish steam bath. Excellent breakfast. Line U-bahn across the road. Вежливый, компетентный персонал. неплохая сауна и турецкая парная. Отличные завтраки.Линия U-bahn через дорогу. In the rooms with double bed are provided two single mattress!! I would like to order breakfast provided later than 10 am on weekdays. В номерах с двухместной кроватью предоставляются два одноместных матраса!! Хотелось бы чтобы завтрак предоставлялся позднее чем 10 утра в будние дни.

Отель с таким знакомым для русского уха Savoy порадовал больше, чем я ожидал :) Остался в нем только потому, что лень было ехать за город, где находятся почти все адекватные отели Ганновера. Могу рассказать только про номер 500 -- единственный номер на пятом этаже, роскошный вариант! Большая площадь, деревянные балки, два шкафа, в общей сложности четыре окна, отличный вид на обе (!) стороны, и ванна, и душ, классная атмосфера. Романтичное местечко. Увы, про остальные номера ничего рассказать не могу. Машину паркуют в отдельный (!) гараж. Правда, их всего семь штук и непонятно, куда поставят восьмую) Сотрудники очень вежливы и услужливы. В отеле тихо, район интересный (но не в самом центре). Вайфай быстрый и стабильный. На завтрак можно попросить пожарить яичницу с беконом. Семь с половиной тыщ за номер -- извините! За 1000р. можно взять машину напрокат и спокойно поехать за 35км от Ганновера, в лес и остановиться там за 2500р. Но 500-й номер свои деньги, надо сказать оправдал. Единственный минус в том, что 500-ый состоит из трех отдельных частей: комната-коридор-ванна. И вот в коридоре входная дверь в номер и стена -- стеклянные, хоть и тонированные. Чтобы пройти из ванны в номер, надо учитывать это :) Еще там большая щель в душе, все льется на пол и довольно низкие потолки. 190-200 см роста будет уже трудно) В целом, в отеле довольно старый дизайн, хоть и добротный. Отель порекомендую, но с натяжкой))

ottima la posizione rispetto al centro della città. staff veramente molto molto cortese. belle stanze e molto pulito dovrebbe avere un servizio di tv a pagamento. io sono italiana e non esistono canali italiani che si vedono.

freundlichkeit der mitarbeitein. der juniorchef brachte die Tageszeitung persönlich am fruestückstich. das zimmer 500 ist ein hauch der wilden romantik. die reception war nur bis 23 uhr besetzt. in der beschreibung war die Rede eines Computers für die Gäste in der Lobby. der Laptop existiert aber nicht.

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona tranquila a unos 5 minutos a pie del centro, es limpio, las instalaciones son buenas y tiene un buen desayuno. El personal tambien es muy amable.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Restauranttip war Spitze!Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir haben die angebotenen Fahrräder aus Zeitmangel nicht nutzen können, aber die Idee ist prima. Lage an einer Hauptstrasse macht das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster etwas schwierig.

Отель мне понравился, персонал был очень дружелюбен, хороший завтрак завтрак, до центра минут 10 ходьбы, рядом находится станция метро На мой взгляд немного странный район: то-ли русский, то-ли арабский.

Exzellenter Empfang, hilfsbereit und wirklich bemüht, tolles Frühstück, zuvorkommende Bedienung Zimmer zur vielbefahrenen Straße, laut bei offenem Fenster, keine Klimaanlage, daher sehr warm (Aufenthalt im Juli).
