They could not process my Diners Club Card, although they advertised as accepting it.

Large room with good pressure in the shower. The room was quiet when the window was closed. Loved the fact that we could open the windows to get fresh air into the room! Breakfast was very generous and excellent value for money. We found the staff friendly, always smiling and helpful. Stayed 5 nights.

There is not lift, which was no big deal as we travel light. The bathroom was small (again no big deal). The room did smell faintly of cigarette smoke. When we opened the windows, the smell disappeared but reappeared if we left the windows closed.

in beautiful central part of town.

the front desk was simply unprepared to handle any question concerning anything outside the walls of the hotel. how to get the shuttle to the airport? no answer. where to find a camera store? no answer. wonderful hotel but the front desk is run like one at a youth hostel and for the money we paid, there should have been more help at the desk.

The location was just a few meters from the river and the center of the town.The price was very reasonable.

If it is possible the installation of a lift would be necessary especially for the rooms on the 3rd floor!

The staff was helpful and they had a nice breakfast. Room was comfortable and really a very good size for 3 people.

Street side room was a bit noisy late in the evening on weekends.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff extremely accomidating. City and surrounding countryside provided wonderful history and beauty.

Location was perfect. Close to shopping, the castle, the river walk, restaurants, bars, and sightseeing. The price was reasonable and breakfast was very good. The entire staff was helpful and courteous.

Staff were excellent. The room was beautiful, the views were beautiful. I was in rm 31 and after some extra attention to it, it didn't even smell despite it being a smoking room. (I'm a non-smoker)

I think all rooms should be non-smoking, perhaps provide a balcony or patio if smokers are really desperate. The breakfast could have done with more attention, perhaps some cereals or meusli, and more fruit, but it was adequate.
