Large room with good pressure in the shower. The room was quiet when the window was closed. Loved the fact that we could open the windows to get fresh air into the room! Breakfast was very generous and excellent value for money. We found the staff friendly, always smiling and helpful. Stayed 5 nights. There is not lift, which was no big deal as we travel light. The bathroom was small (again no big deal). The room did smell faintly of cigarette smoke. When we opened the windows, the smell disappeared but reappeared if we left the windows closed. |

in beautiful central part of town. the front desk was simply unprepared to handle any question concerning anything outside the walls of the hotel. how to get the shuttle to the airport? no answer. where to find a camera store? no answer. wonderful hotel but the front desk is run like one at a youth hostel and for the money we paid, there should have been more help at the desk. |

The location was just a few meters from the river and the center of the town.The price was very reasonable. If it is possible the installation of a lift would be necessary especially for the rooms on the 3rd floor! |

Very close to the old town and night life, and the Heidelberg castle area Internet did not work. No lift and no porter, so we had to haul bags to the 3rd floor. |
