Clean, good price, 1 minute from Bus Center and Train Station. No frills, very convenient. Included breakfast was minimal but adequate. Everything was adequate. Some persons may find the rooms too small- enough room to move around, nothing more. All I need was a place to sleep and shower.

It is very central in Mainz and very close to the railway station. The room had been refurbished recently and was both comfortable and stylish. The breakfast could have been more imaginative. No fresh fruit was available. The location is a bit noisy at night.

convenient to shops/station/friendly staff...lovely breakfast I emailed booking.com when I first booked to mention that a triple room had been booked when I only needed a double. Booking.com supposedly changed this to a double but the hotel still had us down for a triple and charged us for a triple. Rather annoying but couldn't be bothered arguing and spoiling a short holiday over it.

Very convenient for Mainz hauptbahnhof. My room was quiet, didn't have street noise. The room was very small. The carpet and net curtains were dirty. The furniture was very basic and old. The fridge was not switched on. The bathroom was old, had a broken shower mixer and really needed renovating. The hotel lift is about the size of a telephone kiosk and the walls were streaked with spit for all of the 4 days I stayed there. This was more expensive than the previous hotels I had in Mainz and a double room for single occupancy, so I was expecting something slightly superior. I consider it overpriced and should not have had more than 2 stars.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk- perhaps 200m - from the Mainz railway station, which suited our travel plans perfectly and was the reason we chose to stay there. The room was clean, the breakfast excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. It is not in the main part of the town but an easy 5 to 10 minute walk has you right in the city centre.

The hotel was very convenient for all facilities in Mainz, including the train station and the piers for the Rhine cruises. Breakfast was not what I am used to but adequate. Good food in a very clean resturaunt served by a pleasant waitress. Thank you. This was my first trip to Germany and I was a bit disappointed to find no hard soap, shampoo or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Our room had a great layout. We were on the top floor (small elevator which held two people and two pieces of luggage at a time). There was a double bed, then up a little step was one single bed to the right and another single bed to the left. A desk with a mirror was in the middle. Breakfast was included each morning. They had eggs with ham (yummy), croissants, cereals, sausages and breads. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The location was right near the train station. The bathroom was old and needed updating. The location is extremely noisy from the street with restaurants and traffic. There is no air conditioning, so you had to have the windows open for ventilation.

I can not use free WiFi during my 4 days staying! They promised they have free WiFi, but you can never find the WiFi conection point they said. What they can give is only a 1 hour WiFi card (the Clouds). I complaint this to their manager, but they did nothing more than give me another "the Clouds 1 hour free WiFi Card"!

No AC, Windows are doubled and too big, meaning it is too hard to open em for fresh air since there is no AC whatsoever. when u open them they reach till half size of the bed. the bathroom is too small and old. the elevator was from 1961 barely fits 2 people. And for sure there was no 3 stars as it says in the website. the hotels with same price category nearby are way better. Staff barely speaks english. Would recomend the Advena Europe Hotel or Konnigshoff
