Good location

Good location.

Cheap: I don't like cheap hotels that have a low list price, but then nickel-and-dime you for what most hotels include w/o extra charge. E.G., here they charge you EUR2/day for internet, and sell outrageously overpriced drinks (E.G. eur2.50 For a .33l beer, which is 5 times more than the neighboring supermarket, and even more expensive than at a tourist bar in Munich). There is no fridge in the rooms, and they refused to put any of my drinks in their kitchen fridge (which any other hotel would have done). Also, the pillow, mattress and chair are bottom-of-the- line w/ next-to-no support, which killed my back. Rude staff: Twice they barged into my room right after knocking, without bothering to either identify themselves or wait even a split-second for me to answer the door. (Once the cleaning staff, and once some dufus passing out flyers. Don't ask me why he couldn't just slide it under the door.) When I complained to the front-desk manager, she was indifferent. Tiny rooms: I've stayed at at least a 100 hotels in my life, and have never seen such a tiny room. I had to climb over my suitcase just to get in and out of the room. And most hotels - even here in Munich - give you a double-bed even if you're in a single room; not this place. But then again, you couldn't fit a double-bed in these rabbit hutches. It barely rates 2 stars, particularly given how many much nicer but still affordable hotels are close by (e.g. Goethe, Verdi, Atlas City).

Clean, friendly personal, breakfast for 6.50 are very good .... other words all were super for that price (my payment around 45 pro night...)

My recommendation to hotel it's only that - noise isolation of window can be improved....

Great little hotel that is close to transport links and a short walk to the city centre. The staff were excelent and very welcoming. One of my group has impaired mobility and found that the hotel was good - the lift was quick to arrive and there weren't any odd steps in the hotel. The single rooms are small but ample, whilst the doubles have plenty of space. Breakfast is good value and whilst it is simple, it doesn't leave you wanting - it's typical German fare. Overall, a great little find that I'll happily stay in again.

Perfect hotel

clean and location is good.

Little bit difficult to find the hotel. There is some adult store in the way from central station to the hotel. iPhone and Android phone are not catch wifi in center of room only near a door.

Coffee and tea available in foyer and very good and reasonable internet.

As I stayed during the oktober fest the prices were very high. I think at a normal price rate the hotel would be good value for money.

The area seemed a bit shady, room was quite small.

The personnel was wonderful and they put up bravely with the craziness of my trip: take that concert in munich! :) I sincerily wanna thank them all for their kind help and for making my stay so wonderful. Breakfast was really good, even if not included in the room rate. Room was perfect even if little. Location was great, close to the main railway station and underground. Quiet hotel, which was very much appreciated.

The location is very great if you use train frequently. The staffs can speak good English and very helpful.

Great location - very close to station, short walk to central munich.

Breakfast was lacking, we arrived at 8am and half the bowls were empty and in half hour were not filled up. No teapots for tea so had to keep getting up to make a cup at a time. Not much to choose from.

The location is convenient. Cleanliness, facilities and breakfast matches the price in general.

The personnel forgot the towels in the first day. There are several defects in the room, including the lock of the door, the toilet seat and the shower head.
