Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Wi-fi as it should be in all hotels(!) - we could connect our multiple computers and iPod touches simultaneously and with a simple process anywhere in the hotel. The hotel is literally just around the corner from the station, located on a interesting street with good value-for-money restaurants (we rec. the Italian bistro across the street next to the pharmacy). Surprise welcome drink and nostalgic 1970's decor makes it the perfect weekend stay. Friendly staff, which seems to be a trait of Hamburg. |

The staff are exceptional and made the visit truly enjoyable. The young lady at reception in the afternoon was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine and the car parking was good value. The location is perfect. |

Most enjoyable stay, extremely pleased with room, facilities, ambience, cleanliness and service. English speaking staff very helpful and friendly. Surprisingly good value for money as breakfast was included at no extra cost. Hotel ideally located in city centre near main train station (Hauptbahnhof) with easy access to buses and the underground. |

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof. Sauberes und geräumiges Bad. Große Zimmer. Kostenloses Internet. Rezeption die ganze Nacht besetzt. Zu weiche Matratzen. Frühstücksbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. |

Lage zum Bahnhof, zur Stadt und zu Alster, gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten; gutes Frühstücksbüfett unter einem 4sternehotel haben wir uns ein komfortableres, schöner und gediegener ausgestattetes Etablissement vorgestellt, insbesondere der Bodenbelag im Treppenhaus (aufgerissene PCV oder Linoleumplatten ) wirkte sehr abgerissen. |

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral mit guter Verkehrsanbindung in einem interessanten Viertel der Stadt mit zahlreichen Lokalen und rascher Erreichbarkeit der Alster Das Haus wirkt ohne Empfang im Erdgeschoß nicht sehr einladend, das stilistisch veraltete Ambiente wirkt relativ abgewohnt, das Frühstück präsentiert sich eher lieblos, alles in allem für ein "4 Sterne Haus" enttäuschend. |

Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die Nähe zum Bahnhof, die guten Betten, die relativ ruhige Lage. Die Teppiche im Zimmer und der enge Eingang. ..dass die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche bei dieser Hitze nicht gewechselt und beim Frühstücksbuffet die Lebensmittel nicht nachgefüllt wurden, |

Die zentrale Lage ist von Vorteil, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Parkgarage ist absolut diebstahlssicher. Auch für Raucher ist es dort sehr angenehm, da man sich nicht wie ein Aussetziger fühlt (in anderen Hotels steht man doch sehr häufig vor der Tür - gruselig). Wir haben nur am Frühstück teilgenommen und dieses war nicht allzu überladen, aber völlig ausreichend und für jeden etwas Leckeres dabei. |

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Relativ günstige Parkmöglichkeit (10 Euro/Tag) in (leider engen) Tiefgarage. Angemessene Ausstattung. bessere Qualität der Frühstücksbrötchen wäre wünschenswert für den Preis der Übernachtung. |
