ottima posizione camera spaziosa e silenziosa, bagno pulito, riscaldamento efficiente

un guasto all'ascensore, per tre giorni, al terzo piano ! moquette vecchia, assolutamente da cambiare. Non da 4 stelle!

Camera ampia e spaziosa e WiFi gratuito. Colazione buona e varia.

L'arredamento dell'Hotel è a dir poco vecchio con evidenti parti in decadenza. Necessita di una ristrutturata.

E' situato in posizione strategica vicino alla stazione ed in una via con molti negozi e ristoranti

L'ascensore non funziona bene e nell insieme c'e' un senso di vetustita'

L'ambiente curato , la colazione ricca , varia e abbondante

All kind of restos and cafés around the area. Hauptbahnhof is very close.

Hotel was very central, staff were friendly, I would stay there again, particularly for something like a conference. Very close to restaurants, bars, but not too noisy. Very convenient for travel.

Nothing... It exceeded expectations for a hotel of its price, that it was so central. Im sure its possible to get a nicer hotel (bigger room etc) at a x multiple of the price, but I found this one worked well for a business trip. I recommend it

Location, the room is renovated compared with my last time stay. The breakfast is good.

The pillows were like marshmallow but seem the same all through Germany .

No available parking on arrival even though we called the hotel in advance to check if reservation was nescesary, room/hotel was very old and dated, rooms were very noisy and it didn't help that the cleaning slammed with the doors, no wifi or no signal on our room, beds are very small and matrasses are old and used, airco didn't work, staff very unfriendly and not helpfull and they speak no or poor english. On sunday morning 8.45 AM we were woken up by the cleaning despite of the sign "do not disturb" we put on the door. We paid 125 euro per night but this hotel should be qualified and priced as a low budget hotel where you pay 50 euro per night.

The location was excellent because it was close to the train station.

The room did not have either body cream or shampoo.

Very nice location and room. Staff was helpful and the little hotel bar was opened until late. We also got a welcome glass of sparkling wine! Definitely to be recommended

We reserved a room with a single double bed but at the arrival we found two single beds. Not a big deal but they should be more careful

Very good location of hotel, close to centre and on street with restorans and cafes. Room is good and clean. Lift directly from parking to your floor. Staff very pleasant. German standart breakfast, but very good. It will be not mistake to choose this hotel for next visit in Hamburg:).

Some client complain about noise from street early morning, but remember it's center.

Central position near restaurants and shops. Indoor parking.

Lobby on first floor. A bit dated facilities. Constant noise of cleaning containers outside during night and early morning.

Really only 2 star booking.com website said £266 for three nights final charge was 378 euros

The staff were friendly and the complimentary free drink was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has an old interior but is high quality and well maintained. Bathroom is newly refurbished and kept very clean.

A reallly perfect hotel in almost every aspect ! Excellent room, services. A picturesque location within walking distance from the city center. If you are planning intensive nightlife Sankt Pauli with its clubs and bars is just in some 10 min ride by subway which operates all night on weekends

The friendly atmosphere, the friendly staff, breakfast and the welcome-drink in the bar.

Comfortable and well presented, breakfast was excellent. The rooms are modern and quiet. The hotel is near the hauptbahnof and surrounded by restaurants.

One elevator, but this did not seem to be a problem.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the mainline station with a very good Italian restaurant nearby. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive and the rooms spotlessly clean. There was an abundant choice of quality food at breakfast. The free internet usage was very much appreciated. The furnishings throughout were attractive and of quality.

location is great, just 3 min walk from the main station, and 10 walk to the main shopping streets, the reception staff speak very good english and so so friendly, we had a great stay. Thank you, we will be back

The TV has no english channels, (sad) and the Breakfast could be a little better (veriety that is)

This is a typical German 3 star hotel with lots of charm but maybe a bit worn around the edges. But our room had everything you could require for a comfortable visit and the front desk staff were very helpful and charming. The free welcome drink and nuts were a definite winner with us. Everything was extremely clean and the breakfast buffet was more than sufficient to keep everyone happy with lots of variety. We also liked the location which is approx 300 metres around the corner from the Main Trainstation and the area had a nice vibe with many interesting shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay there again. This was our first experience with a car elevator.

I guess it needed a bit of renovation but somehow the decor just adds to its charm. The lift was out of action due to emergency repairs at one stage but these things happen.
