Hotellihuoneisto oli tilava Family sviitti: hyvä majoittua lasten kanssa. Siistit tilat, toimiva pieni baarikeittiö jossa pystyi helposti laittamaan lapsille välipaloja. Hotellihuoneessa oli 2 parveketta. Hotelli sijaitsi hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä keskustasta. Hotellissa ei ollut baaria / ravintolaa -> rauhallista ja mukavaa lasten kanssa matkustettaessa. Pienuus sekä etu että miinus.. Olisimme toivoneet että hotellissa olisi ollut ruokaravintola. Kokolattiamatto ei ollut mieluisa. |

Hotellin sijainti ja liikenneyhteydet tarkoitukseemme oli erinomainen. Hotellihuonet sopivat hyvin majoitustarpeeseemme. Aamiainen ja aamiaisjärjestelyt olivat hyvät. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Apartments spacious and clean. The sauna and fitness is free and you can even hire DVD films from the reception. Very close to U-bahn stop and tram. Walking distance to main attractions in former East Berlin - if you like a good walk- otherwise only 1-2 stops on the U-bahn. residential area with a couple of cafes and a bakker in the immediate vicinity.Tip: If you want a cheap way of taking in the sites and you have a good guide book then take bus 100 or 200 from Unter den Linden. The bus takes you past most of the well known sites..If you want to visit the TV tower on Alexander Platz, buy a ticket in advance saves you hours! If your room was on the streetside it was noisy when the windows were open. However with the windows shut you heard very little traffic. They were well insulated. |

We thought the hotel was brilliant. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. Bright, airy and ideal for trips with children. The staff were very helpful & did their best to do everything they could for us. We had a very good experience and would definately go back. They have smoking floors so you need to be very specific if you do not want to be on one. The hotel advertised a babysitter but when we tried to book it, we were expected to pay Euros 20 (per hour). The private parking cost an additional Euros 15 (per day) which was quite expensive. |

two members of our group were trapped in the lift for 1 hour and no one was on duty at the hotel ,when we complained they offered us a bottle of water .the manager of the hotel was supposed to contact me but did nt bother ..its not four star standard its a bit grubby and they dont replace any tea or coffee that you use . |

Beutiful hotel and comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and breakfest was good, altough there could be some change in it. Location is excellent and the remains of "der Mauer" is inside the walking distance. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the size of the room; the provision of a laundry for guests... the list goes on. WE thought it was fantastic and would recommend the place to anyone. |

Good location close to the city centre, all means of city transportation within 2 minutes walk. Spacious and confortable rooms. Kitchen fully equipped, quite a large balcony overlooking an inner garden. Street side room can be noisy due to traffic, but not a serious problem. Staff in the breakfast room was slow and could not manage the overturn of guests. |

great location and good spacious rooms with good breakfast we booked as a party for my birthday but two people were moved to a another hotel which was not as nice but was away from the group. No effort was made to move them back after the first night |

It was a huge space, with a lovely garden for breakfast. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed - including a very comfy bed. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. I wish there had been a double bed, rather than 2 singles pushed together, and the breakfast, although very nice, wouldn't have been worth 12 euro if it hadn't been included in our room price. |

The appartments were large, included breakfast, staff were polite and helpful and it was excellent value for money. Public transport was very close, very easy to get around. |
