The staff was very friendly, they offer a free bed for children 2 and younger, breakfast was excellent

The space was perfect for us!

Very near to the train station, good wifi signal in rooms.

The position is only 5 min from Bahnhof, very great!!

The sound was a little bit too noisy about the floor made by wood, and the water tank would make sound even you didn't use it, quite a freaky.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Warm building. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, light and airy. Breakfasts were plentyful with a good choice.

No lift and decor is slightly dated, but it didn't bother us.

My third stay at Hostel 2962. As before, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hostel is clean and well-maintained, the buffet breakfast is good. The hostel's location could hardly be bettered, about 200m from the railway station. All in all, excellent value for money.

They were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place highly!

good Day I want to inform that I felt cheated with this reservation when did the check in, instead of the apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom. the hotel manager gave me a room that had 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed and a bathroom without description The beds creaked everywhere, the carpets cleaned badly, the rims of the doors were rotten, more like a hotel from the times of occupied Germany. The hotel manager even tried to charge the same booking of the apartment Only after I have called attention to it will go to see the number of reservation is that she said it was cheaper then I think from what I've already rented by booking this was the worst of all. price billed was very different from what was quoted. Definitely more of a “hostel” type environment than a family friendly type hotel

The location near the train station was good. We liked the spacious room. Except for the receptionist, the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The bathroom ("cubicle") was extremely small. The shower was not very clean. There was a lot of mildew between the tiles and on the inside of the shower door. There was no hair-dryer.

Fantastic Location, courteous and informative hotel staff, breakfast, value for money.we have an apartment with kitchen that we can cook our meals, sit down to chat etc

No LIFT. Broken lights were not fixed. Clealiness may be improved.Arrangements of the 3rd bed room is really akward and we can not use them as it was really overcrowded with the wierd wall deco ...

The apartment we stayed in was very big. It was spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. The staff was friendly. Free parking and close to the train station. We enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of five people in a huge and comfortable 2-level apartment (enough for at least 8 people). Breakfast included is a plus and had enough choices. Relatively close to city center and just 3 minutes walking to train station.

There was some trash left behind from the previous visitors: we found an empty bottle inside the wardrobe and socks in a vase (really weird). But in general the apartment was clean.

We booked a family room, it's really large for 4 people~ could held almost ten if you come with friends~ Got a kitchen with everything you need~

Excellent location of hostel. Closeness to railway station and the main attractions. We have individual bathrooms with shower and toilet. The room is large and bright, with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff at the reception is very friendly, helpful and warning. Standard breakfast buffet. A small selection of food, but was compensated excellent cappuccino from the coffee machine.

A little dusty in the room, especially under beds and wardrobe.

Great location, friendly staff, great Bavarian House located very close to the train station and bus lines. Very reasonably priced. Hot hot showers :)

We stayed in the 5-8 room apt. There were 4 separate rooms with plenty of space. The kitchen was great and it even had a nice dining room table. Very clean. We stayed there with 5 people (3 singles and 1 couple) and had plenty of privacy. Breakfast wasn't too bad either.

Two rooms didn't have doors and the stairs were a bit of a pain. TV was only in 1 room.

The hotel is just a minute of walk from the railway station, attetitive service, homely feeling... great place to stay!
