Great staff, great amenities, excellent breakfast. There needed to be a fan or AC in the room at night. It was very hot with no moving air, even with the windows open. A fan would have made a lot of difference.

Kleines,aber feines Hotel.An Sauberkeit und Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen.Besonders gefallen hat uns die Einrichtung.Wir waren nicht das erste-und sicherlich auch nicht das letzte mal in diesem Hotel.

Tutto l'ambiente dell'hotel è ricercato e curato anche nei minimi particolari. Lo staff dell'hotel molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza era calda e spaziosa, molto luminosa e con a disposizione connessione ad internet. La colazione era ottima e ben fornita sia nel salato che nel dolce ed il personale addetto molto gentile. Noi siamo arrivati presso l'hotel in macchina ed il parcheggio pubblico ci ha lasciato qualche perplessità: in realtà si parcheggia ai margini di una strada laterale vicino all'hotel, mentre il parcheggio interno era in grado di ospitare tre, massimo quattro, automobili. La colazione era esclusa dalla tariffa dell'hotel e costava 9 euro a persona, un po' caruccia.

Frühstück sehr gut und inklusive. Innen etwas verbaut; wozu wird ein Fahrstuhl nachträglich angebaut, wenn man damit nicht alle Ebenen erreichen kann, und man seine Koffer trotzdem über Treppen tragen muss?

Alle Mitarbeiter des Service war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sind allen Wünschen im Rahmen des möglichen umgehend nachgekommen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Am Hotel selbst ist gar nichts auszusetzen, nur die Lage ist nicht so günstig, wenn man die Innenstadt ohne PKW erreichen will (mit Fußweg und Straßenbahn).

Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und das gegenüberliegende Hotel "Goldenes Prag". Das Frühstücksbuffet war was die Qualität und auch die Auswahl nur mit einem Wort zu beschreiben: Hervorragend. Keine, außer das wir das Fenster auch nachts geschlossen halten mussten, da der Verkehrslärm einzelner Fahrzeuge unangenehm war. Aber wir wohnen völlig ruhig auf dem Lande......-:))))

Das Hotel ist in zentraler Lage in einer ruhigen Vorortumgebung. Parkplatz am Hotel war kein Problem. Das Personal war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemueht. Gutes Preislesitungsverhaeltnis und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und um den Gast sehr bemüht, beginnend beim Empfang an der Rezeption bis hin zum Frühstückservice und dem Zimmerpflegepersonal. Die Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und überdurchschnitlich. Die Theke beim Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas eng.

“I was staying in Elbflorenz dor 5 days, and my stay was totally perfect! The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was exactly like on the photo in website, it was facing the street, but still it was very quite, the location was perfect, only 15 min by walk from the main square. And I was glad to have the World Trade Center nearby. The most incredible thing about the hotel was the grand piano and the person, who played it on Friday, it was fantastic!
