отличное местоположение , рядом все достопремечательности . хороший завтрак. вполне приличный бесплатный Wi-Fi. нет паркинга для авто , приходиться ставить рядом с гостиницей на платном - под центральной площадью.

Zentrale Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter Das Haus ist ziemlich verwinkelt. Die Gänge zum Zimmer dunkel, die angebrachten Bewegungsmelder funktionieren nur verzögert, so daß man entweder stehen bleiben muß bis der Melder anspringt. Fenster undicht. Selbst mit Heizung auf Hochtouren wird es kaum warm im Zimmer. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, so daß man ins Parkhaus muß. Die Geräusche der S-Bahn sind nicht nur zu hören sondern auch zu spüren (Vibrationen)

Pokój, który zajmowaliśmy był bardzo duży. Miał oddzielną sypialnie i wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Łazienka także dość duża z wanna. Znajduje sie przy placu i blisko od słynnych ogrodów. Jedyny minus to brak łóżka małżeńskiego. Brak łóżka małżeńskiego. Jeden z recepcjonistow nie mówił po angielsku. Większość informacji hotelowych w języku niemieckim.

Meinem Partner und mir hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden dort sicherlich bald wieder zu Gast sein. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter dieses einzigartigen Hotels!

Великолепный отельчик в центре города. Замечательные номера, чуткий персонал и вкусный завтрак. Рядом с отелем пешеходная улица хорошо подходящая для умеренного шопинга. Придраться просто не к чему.

Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend, ob am Empfang oder beim Frühstück stets ein fröhliches Lächeln. Dies ist man ja leider nicht mehr in jedem 4 Sterne Hotel gewohnt. Ganz großes Lob!! Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen, man kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr netter Herr im Empfang. Hübsche Aussicht auf das Brandenburger Tor, sehr fußnah zu Sancoussi und Potsdamer Innenstadt. Nachdem die einige Zeit geltenden Zimmerpreise wieder gesenkt wurden werden wir, wie früher hier gern wieder übernachten. Bleiben die Zimmerpreise stabil, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden

die zentrale Lage, die Freundlichkeit Ihrer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Jede Frage wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet.Zuvorkommend war auch das Personal im Frühstücksbereich. Auch habe ich das Zimmer immer ordentlich gesäubert vorgefunden.

Am besten hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter gefallen. Die Zimmergröße war mehr als ausreichend. Zwei Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile und Bad. Auch die Lage des Hotels mitten in historischen Kern von Potsdam und zum Park von Sanssouci. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Nicht gefallen hat uns die schlechte Internetverbindung in den Zimmern.

Bardzo dobra obsługa hotelu, zarówno w hotelu jak I w restauracji. Bardzo obfite śniadanie, duży wybór potraw. Schludnie I czysto. Przydatny aneks kuchenny w pokoju. Bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony minibar. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, umożliwiająca zwiedzanie miasta. W pokoju miała być klimatyzacja, a faktycznie jej nie było. Zamiast tegom postawiono wiatrak, który umożliwiał częściowe chłodzenie tylko jednej sypialni, gdy w drugiej było bardzo ciepło.
