Location cant be faulted for the night life, price spot-on.
Nothing really, its a budget hotel. It is what it is.
The door of bathroom can not be locked in dorm room. The window cannot be closed. Many sex shops in the neighborhood...
- Location: Not far away from the Riverside, the City centre or St.Pauli and Schanzenviertel (mostly walking distances) - Room: simple but clean
- At night from Saturday to Sunday it was extremely loud in the hostel corridors as many people have been going out and returning from Reeperbahn. Nevertheless, the day after was way better, so I reckon it is an issue observed only on Fridays and Saturdays when nightlife at the vicinity reaches a peak...
didn't change bedding or towels,no room for clothing to hang up,room very small.at over £320 for the room for 3 nights no breakfast is a bit expensive
We came for New Year's Eve and so the price was a lot more than usual! We didn't stay in the hotel for long as we had a party booked but everything was good but basic
Near to city center
Door locked was damaged, door to bathroom have no lock
It is not far from the city center
The worst hotel I`ve ever stayed
Right next to the S Bahn Reeperbahn Station and in the middle of the Red Light District. It is very cheap but surprisingly modest and very spacious.
The Room door handle was broken and there is no lock for the Bathroom door which means you can not lock the door from inside and anybody can walk-in on you while doing your business in there!!!! The area is really dirty and can be dangerous. you are better off paying a little bet more and staying in a nearby Hostel in a better Neighborhood because Hamburg is a beautiful and vibrant city and this part of town does not represent Hamburg very well.
Location in the center of St. Pauli
Toilet did not work - long way to the next one
Flexible problem solving (they did not have a room with bathroom as booked but offered great price for room with shared bathroom). Good location, full of spots for dinner, beer and entertainment.
Could be cleaner, esp. in shared areas. Cosmetic renovation needed.
Location Cheap to pay for a later check out
Awkward reception staff when checking in - difficulty checking in using Passbook
Excellent location, did the job fora group of guys on stag do.
Close to the city center
Really bad area, thin walls, rude staff
Hotel is ideally placed for a short break for a group of "lads",ie stag "do" . It is situated on the Reeperbahn ,where there are numerous bars, clubs, shows, fast food outlets etc etc. The area is extremely busy until the early hours especially Friday's and Saturday's. Other nights are quieter.Hotel serves a buffet style breakfast for an additional €7,payable at reception, which is good value as you can eat as much as you like.Hotel is situated approx 200m from an underground station which connects with the main train station and also Hamburg airport.
We had a few problems with the card key system, our cards kept on having to be reactivated at reception, but other than that no problems. You get what you pay, bed, shower, good location. Very good value for your money.
Was on a stag night and wanted to stay near the Reeperbahn , hotel location is excellent for this. Facilities are fair and what we expected for a hostel. Pool table , bar , atm etc
This is exactly what I expexted, a hostel! Good facilities ie.. Bar, pool table etc, the location is perfect for the Reeperbahn visit .. So overall most definitely value for money !
Nothing Positive. It was like a nightmare.
I was not able to sleep the whole night because of noise of the people inside the hotel as well as outside traffic. People inside the hotel were making a lot of noise even after 3:00AM. I ll never stay there again.
If you want to go for a concert in the neighborhood, it is a good place to stay. It is also easy to get to the place.
The hostel is a bit noisy and I did not use the common bathroom at all except for the toilet. The showers were dirty and stinky.
location, good price
It was ok for just one night.
I didn't think it'll be very noisy and my room looked red at night due to the neon lights outside my place. The hotel was old, but fairly clean.
There were no locks for the shower and toilet rooms!
location cheap beds were clean
they didnt RSVP My parking even when I asked for it. The clerk wanted me to park on the Reeperbahn. I paid late check out and even placed the paper on the door, the cleaning staff walked in at 10am and woke me up of course
Location was good Rooms were clean
Cleanliness in the toilets can be better
Dirty, really small room, small bed, they charged my credit card at the checkin, even though I explained that my card details are already with booking.com...
