Excellent room; excellent continental breakfast; excellent service by the concierge and reception staff Too few toiletries in the rooms and we were nearly late at the opera because the Bistro forgot our order and we had to wait for over 20 minutes for dessert |

Superb courteous service. Fabulous room . Fabulous swimming pool. Right in the heart of historic Dresden No bidet. No trouser press (I think) No computer in room and only one PC on ground floor. |

A great hotel with great staff. This hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to most of the major attractions in Dresden. Casual restraurant attached to hotel was reasonably priced and had very good food. The only dificulity we had was finding the hotel with a GPS. We came from the south and it was difficult to find because of construction. The GPS wanted to put us on streets that were blocked. I can't blame the hotel for this but if there were a way to put signs up it might have helped. |

sehr netter service,ist selten das man so nett bedient und empfangen wird.das zimmer einfach riesig.und das bad , sauber vorallem groß war es.da bezahl ich gern mal etwas mehr für so ein schönes zimmer.vielen dank das hotel ist sehr winklig .aber auf einer art ist es schön weil so sieht man was vom schönen haus |

Zentrale Lage zum Einkaufen, direkt an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wir waren sehr Enttäuscht und bemängeln bzw. uns hat folgendes nicht gefallen: Polsterung der Sessel im Zimmer ( Deluxe Kurfürsten) defekt; Möbel stinken alt und verbraucht; Gardinen dreckig; Vorhänge schließen nicht richtig; Fernseher zu klein und ohne Einschlaffunktion; Lichtschalter im Zimmer eine Wissenschaft für sich; vom Bett aus ist es nicht möglich das gesamte Licht auszuschalten;... |
