The Café Vestibül is situated in front of an impressive staircase designed by the Baroque architect, Pöppelmann. Here you can enjoy refined coffee and tea specialities as well as delicious gateaux and cakes from the in-house patisserie.
The Restaurant and Bar Lesage is housed within the impressive glass-walled building of the Volkswagen factory. Enjoy the high-tech atmosphere as you dine.
All rooms feature high ceilings (4.8 metres). They are fitted with 3 telephones, a fax and internet connection. The spacious bathrooms feature polished black granite, a separate shower, a bidet and a separate WC.

Super Lage, freundliches Service Personal. sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Zimmer Wellness/ Poolbereich ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie zu dürftig. Zu kleine Sauna (max. 3 Pers.), Poolbereich ohne Zeitschriften (ausser Werbemagazine), keine Leselampen neben den Liegen etc. Es fehlen kleine liebevolle Details (wie z.B. eine kleine Süßigkeit oder Blume beim Aufdeckservice), die noch das gewisse letzte i Tüpfelchen ausmachen. |

Das Servicepersonal hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt, war hilfsbereit, freundlich und höflich. Angenehm war, dass das Parken in der Tiefgarage durch das Personal gemacht wurde. Auch, dass man ohne Aufpreis früh einchecken und spät auschecken dürfte. Für einen halben Tag länger in der Tiefgarage wurde auch keinen Aufschlag berechnet Im Wellnessbereich waren in der Damentoilette kein Toilettenpapier, Handtücher oder Kosmetiktücher. Das Problem wurde aber nach Benachrichtigung sofort beseitigt. |

Geweldige locatie en zowiezo een ervaring om in een voor 90-% opgebouwd oorsponkelijk paleis te huisvesten Internetten is onbehoorlijk duur. 5 minuten € 2,00, 10 minuten € 4,00 en 1 uur dan € 6,00, resp. de hele dag € 25,00. Dit werkt zeer contraprodultief, want tgenwoordig kan men al voor 1,95 € eenn dag internetten, maar los daarvan zijn de hoteltarieven niet echt voordelig te noemen. Eveneens negatief is de sfeer of beter het gebrek daaraan. Er is 1 koffie-es[resso-bar met fraaie zit erbij, echter door de locatie, om de hoek, is het er meestal erg rustig en 's avonds is deze optie gesloten en is er dus helemaal niets m.u.v. de karl may bar maar dit is een echte avondclubwaar om 8pm ook niemand is. Dit vinden wij een groot gemis want wij gaan vooral naar een hotel voor een sfeervolle ambiance. |

Lage, Zimmergröße, Komfort, Ruhe Bei Ankunft mit Auto und Gepäck in Tiefgarage geschickt (von Portier mit Zylinder - angeblich versehentlich), dann mit Gepäck durch Tiefgarage geirrt und mit fremder Hilfe bis zur Rezeption. Geputzte Schuhe standen mehrere Zimmer entfernt auf anderer Gangseite. |
