Location, view, size of rooms, food. No airconditioning - Could be an issue during summer months, but was absolutely no issue during our stay.

Zimmer sind geräumig sauber und ruhig Früstück war reichlich und preiswert Parkplatz kostenlos Betten sind mit sehr weichen älteren Matratzen ausgestattet. Kein Internet auf dem Zimmer keine Restorante im Hotel Ausnahme Gruppenreisende.

Schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Der Spa Bereich war nicht temperiert, dadurch war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm kühl. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht der 4 Sterne Kategorie des Hotels. Es war eintönig, die gleiche Auswahl der Produkte. Ab dem zweiten Tag wurde die Auswahl verkleinert, da es sich nicht lohnen würde für 5 Gäste ein reichhaltigeres Angebot anzubieten.

- Super in ruhiger Lage aber trotzdem zentral, Innenstadt ca. 15 min. zu fuß - öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls vor Ort und fußläufig erreichbar - Bike Station gleich in der Nähe - Sauna - Fitnessraum, Solarium - Zimmer groß, hell u. freundlich - Bad mit Tageslichtbad u geräumigen Balkon - ausreichend Stellplätze am Hotel und Tiefgarage - Frühstück vielfältig wird immer wieder aufgefüllt und sehr lecker - Personal ist absolut TOP!!!! Herzlichkeit wärend des gesamten Aufenthaltes vom Check in an .... hier wird einem der Aufenthalt im warsten Sinne des Wortes "versüßt"!

Das Personal, speziell an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. In einem Viersterne-Hotel würde ich mir ein Restaurant wünschen, in dem man gepflegt zu Abend essen kann. Mit Busladungen von Menschen, die sich an einem Büffet drängen, hatte ich nicht gerechnet.

Mickeriges Fruehstueck mit gammeliger Wurst und abgelaufenen Frischkaese. An zwei Tagen war das Restaurant geschlossen Kundenorientiertes Verhalten war fuer die Geschaeftsfuehrung ein Fremdwort. Fuer Geschaeftsreisende absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
