Good location, helpful staff. While I expected a relatively small room, I was surprized to find that with a twin booking, we were in a room with two tiny beds, not even normal single width, right up against each other, ie it was in reality a std double bed, with a ridge down the middle. When booking a twin room I would expect 2 std width single beds, either separate or together. (room 315). |

no room service whe I arrived at 10pm - mini bar was sparce also. breakfast was very basic - no extra pillows at 10pm no iron or ironing board available at all unless laundry give to reception in the morning. |

Very nice decor and comfortable bed Initial room had music disturbance until 2.00am from premises across the street but it was fine when they changed our room after the first night |

We liked the security of the hotel. It was always staffed with simone at the reception desk. The hotel is close to the city center and the train station. |

Location between the Main Station (Hbf) and historical spots. Was a small problem while check-in, but finally hotel manager resolved it worthily. Single room is too tight. |

It was comfortable and close to the Bahnhof. The area around the Hotel is not the best but I was there with my daughters and I did not feel unsafe. I had a special price and it was good according to what they offered |

Its location is good, very close to main station. Quite clean room and quiet. It is a pity that it costs you 15 euro to use wireless internet per day. or 35 euro per 5 days. Too expensive. |

I am becoming a "regular" here. I go to Frankfurt monthly. The Hotel is pleasant, clean, friendly, and very convenient to all public transportation. Excellent! |
