Hotel Victoria  

Easy early arrival. We arrived at 7 in the morning after a longflight. A room was found pretty quickly whilst we ate a good breakfast. The hotel was central to all amenities of Frankfurt so that everything we needed for our short stay was in walking distance.

Small rooms, but comfortable, and the price was good. Breakfast was fine, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Neighborhood is a bit dodgy, but not a problem.

The hotel was simply perfect. No fuss or drama. The staff were polite, efficient and friendly. I have never felt compelled to write a review before and I have stayed in udreds of hotels from all ranges but this hotel has inspired me to do so.

Room is too small.

Great location--close to rail station and U-bahn. Very nice breakfast. Room was one of the largest , but still on the small side for a double. Decor was very chic. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel does't convert to air-conditioning until May. We had unseasonably warm weather during our stay and the room was uncomfortable.

The room was lovely and spacious (I had a corner room) and the decor was great.

Room is very clean and comfortable.

Free wi-fi in the rooms would be a bonus!

The hotel was convenient to the train station. Plenty of decent restaurants in the area.

Very disappointed in the rooms. There was no information provided during booking on room size. It's hard to be comfortable in a room that is basically a 10x10 cell. The ventilation system only distributed warm air, making it intolerable. The only way to keep the room relatively comfortable was to open the window. This would have been fine, except for the fact that there is a tremendous amount of street noise all night. During my five night stay people yelled at each other until 5am. Finally, Internet access was spotty. They obviously are not catering to business travelers. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.

I stayed in a room for 3 pax and was very comfortable. The rooms for 2 people were very small. The breakfast is quite good. The location is a bit "strange", for ambience is quite suspicious. In general, it was worth it, but it would be better in another location

The hotel was really beautiful - the rooms, the design ... The breakfast was nice - a big variety of produts, everything has good quality. Everyone was very kind with us.

The rooms were too hot and we didn't like the eiderdown. We prefer traditional sheets and blankets. The bath didn't work very well - sometimes the water comes too hot, sometimes too cold. It's important to solve this problem!

Clean room. Close to station.

Close to red light district. Shower head not able to be placed high due to sloping roof on the top floor. Had to stand in front of window to shower.
