Hyvä sijainti rautatieaseman ja vanhan kaupungin välissä, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä taso hintaan nahden. Pienehkö, siisti ja uudistettu hotelli. Voisin hyvin yöpyä uudelleenkin. |

hotelli oli aivan ok, mutta esimerkiksi en saanutn tulostettua paperille karttaa jonka halusin netistä. muutenkin respan henkilökunta tuntui olevan naaman viturallaan koko ajan pidin hotellista, mutta palvwelujen taso ja palvelu oli alkeellinen verrattuna suomeen jossa todella esim.tulostetaan papwereita jos tarve vaatii. |

Hyvä aamiainen ja erityisen herttainen tarjoilijatartyttö. Rauhallinen hotelli keskeisellä paikalla - rauhallinen varsinkin, kun sai huoneen neljännestä kerroksesta sisäpihan puolelle, kadun äänet eivät kantautuneet. Huoneesta oli yritetty karkottaa joko tupakansavua tai muuta lemua voimakkailla pesuaineilla eli huoneessa leijaili ällö kemikaalien tuoksu, mutta jo neljän päivän oleskelun aikana se vaimeni, kun piti ikkunaa avoinna poissaollessaan. Voi olla, että tuoksu palaa taas takaisin, jos huoneessa ei säännöllisesti tuuleteta. |

Excellent Hotel and very reasonable, nice rooms, A/C and a very good breakfast in the morning. the only draw back is the junkies that stagger up and down the street, don't be startled. |

Central location, walking distance from Hbf, lot of small reataurants in the area. Tidy rooms, nice breakfast. Three stars would be okay for this hotel. Airconditioning was a joke. If I book a four star hotelroom with a/c, I would expect it is less than 30 degrees in my room. |

It was quite and nice for the respective price. It is a nice hotel in a good location. It is not far from the station and not far from the banks area as well as shopping area. |

The breakfast was filling and had a nice selection. The room and the hotel itself was in good condition and seemed up to date. Most of the staff were capable of their jobs The area. It is right across from a sex shop (visible from my hotel window). Also, there are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around the area. Some of the staff were unable to provide us with accurate directions. |

Good location, helpful staff. While I expected a relatively small room, I was surprized to find that with a twin booking, we were in a room with two tiny beds, not even normal single width, right up against each other, ie it was in reality a std double bed, with a ridge down the middle. When booking a twin room I would expect 2 std width single beds, either separate or together. (room 315). |

no room service whe I arrived at 10pm - mini bar was sparce also. breakfast was very basic - no extra pillows at 10pm no iron or ironing board available at all unless laundry give to reception in the morning. |

We liked the security of the hotel. It was always staffed with simone at the reception desk. The hotel is close to the city center and the train station. |
