exellent feel, entry-area outstanding, personnel very pleasant and qualified, very nice and relaxing spa tv in room is from yesterday, charge for internet use of 5euros for 15 m not customer oriented. |

The staff was very nice to us. We realy enjoyed the spa after a long trip. The consruction was confusing. No one greated us upon our arrival and we had to carry our own bags from the parking garage. |

The very central location in the heart of Munich. Proximity to shops, restaurants, events, etc...very nice location also... When check in at 12 noon the room war not ready and I was told it would be in 1 hour and half...I came back at 3:30 P.M. the room was still not ready... they said I would have to wait for another half an hour. |

excellent location.Excellent stuff,concierge,bars, restaurants,ask for the excellent bartender mr Anadologlou...one of the best i ever met...!!!!! the room i stayed in the new part,1st floor- facing a short of back yard very very rooms in new part(back yard)of the hotel poor and grossly overpriced for what you get,it could be the room of a 2 or 3 star hotel,,,!!!! |

Seule la situation géographique est vraiment excellente. Nous avons changé de chambre à 3 reprises :la première chambre présentait une moquette maculée de taches, et il était impossible de régler la température étouffante, la seconde disposait d'une salle de bain dans un état épouvantable (baignoire parsemée d'éclats dans l'émail vieux lavabos des années 80. La troisième était pus agréable mais nous n'avons réussi à avoir du chauffage dans la salle de bain que quleques heures durant notre séjour de 4 jours. Par ailleurs le personnel a trouvé le moyen d'emporter un vêtement personnel avec le linge de toilette. L'ensemble semble un peu vétuste. Le lobby dispose de fauteuils en velours usagé et sale (accoudoirs élimés etc ...) vraiment peu dignes d'un 5 étoiles. |
