My room was not made up and cleaned on the night of the 18th April

Reception staff was very good. The reception manager from the New Zealand was very professional and helpful. Definite great addition to their team. Excellent location to shopping.

Although we were told we had an upgrade the room overlooked the roof which had a large wast receptacle on it. Not a good sight. Breakfast was overpriced.

I booked an executive room, but we were given an old ruined room without shower cabin, I had to change the room. Once we weren't allowed to the breakfast and sent to the bar where there was another meal, but for the same price. The hotel doesn't correspond to the title Lidding hotels of the world.

Rooms were excellent and luxurious. Staff were outstandingly warm and welcoming. The building is elegant and very well located.

Room # 187 was a bit noisy Saturday night. The rest was perfect, except that guarantee deposit 204 eur was paid on the arriving and I'll get my money back at least after 3 weeks

Service was very slow and delayed. This applies all aspects from check in waiting time, room service, eating in the hotel, luggage.

Everything was so perfect ! two tops : the most fabulous breakfast we ever had and the Bar !

Room too small, parking poor and my car was damaged by staff in car park,

We liked the location

The hotel is far to be a five star hotel . more than this is far to be a brand belonging hotel as Kempinski is. First of all when e arrived ,late in the evening we received a room where it was as cold as outside so we had to wait and to ask some time to get a normal room So the impresion was "unforgetable"

The catch in their system is when you wish to extend your stay they asked for a 42 per cent increase. And of course it did mot make sense to me!!! When. They said that the rate changes by the hour!!

This hotel is excelent! The staff is absolutely friendly and kind... It is a good choice If you intend to visit Munchen for some days....

The location was as outstanding as the staff.

We stayed in the Four Seasons while visiting the Oktoberfest. The hotel is the undisputed champion of hotels in Munich and if you want the full, luxury stay - this is the one.

The breakfast price is a little much and not worth it as Munich has a lot to offer outside the hotel.
