The location was good, near to the pedestrian zone, old town, christmas market, museums etc. The room was nice and clean but it still had the old smell of smoking even though it was a non-smoking room. |

Simply everything. I stayed there with my Mum for 10 days and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the staff are very friendly and sweet, breakfast is good, and the neighbouring shisha lounge is simply very cosy and friendly. Oh and the free internet is a MAJOR plus. The heating in the room was really weak. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and relatively easy to locate, The room was spacious and the receptionists pleasant It was warm so the window was left open all the time which led to a high level of noise polution. The level was quiet intrusive from about 06:30 am. Unfortunately there was no tea making facilities available in the room. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Free Internet is a great service. There's a small parking behind the hotel. Easy going, plain hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable with a tiny fridge. Within walking distance from shopping area.Price and free Internet made us decide to stay here. Breakfast is too exspensive for what they offer compared to other hotels. Nothing special but ok. |

The lady at the front desk was nice. Not impressed at all. The 3 star given on this site was very deceiving. The hallways were dark which was a little scary for 3 ladies traveling. The rooms were very basic and the breakfast was terrible. Not worth what we paid at all! |

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The morning staff gave very helpful information about the subway system that took us directly to the airport. If the staaff had responded to my e mail requesting directions to the hotel we would have gotten there quicker. |

Easy to find and parking available at a cost. Near shops and markets The third bed in the triple room was a sofa bed and not really adequate for an adult, so the third person did not have a comfortable bed. |

We found it very central and easy to reach all of Frankfurt. We will be staying there again. The price was just right and having a 24 hour desk was good. The breakfast was good and they will cook what you want too, you have to ask that's all. Staff were very very helpful. Shower was a bit small and we could have done with another towel each. |

there was plenty of space in the room, breakfast ok,lift and parking place a bit noisy at night (center noise), only beer in the minibar in the room, no water,in a three persons room the thirth bed is a sleepingbank you have to build into a bed yourself, beds were not very comfortable. |

Location in Frankfurt is superb. Everything else was fine too. TV set is tiny. I don't know if this is the standard in Germany, but it definitely is less than expected in most of the continent. |

location, location, location, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money and pleasant interieur your restaurant needs styling, perhaps round marble tables, sofa s and or different chairs, new lightsetting. try to move away from the french bistro style, serve small, but excellent sandwiches all day. keep customers in house with special promotions |
