Located right on the Zeil shopping street, this 3-star hotel in central Frankfurt offers soundproofed rooms, free Wi-Fi, and easy access to public transportation. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is half a mile away. Each of the rooms at the Hotel Zeil features cable TV, a minibar, and a desk. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Varied breakfast buffets are prepared at the Zeil. International dishes are served in the restaurant with bar. The Konstablerwache subway and light rail station is 440 yards from the Hotel Zeil. Trains travel to the Frankfurt Messe exhibition center in 9 minutes. The Zeil is ideal for exploring the historic Altstadt district of Frankfurt. The lively Römer square is about half a mile away. Spacious room and comfortable bed (standard plus room) Be sure to lock your windows when you leave your room. It might be accessible from the neighbouring roof.

Location is quite central. 15Min to 20min walk to the main sites. Parking on site was a bonus. Plenty of restaurants within 100m of hotel This part of Zeil is a little dodgy. I wouldn't recommend coming home late to this hotel as a single traveller.

Great location, just 3-4 blocks from mass transit(rail/bahn). Decent sized room. Hotel had a small desk fan in the room. Breakfast was good cold assortment with hard boiled eggs. Toilet seat broken. Desk clerk told but went "yes yes", nothing done. Table behind door blocking it from fully opening (had to move). MIniFridge never got cold.

they had 2 waters and 2 biers in the fridge but we had to ask about these as no prices, we were told they were free, but better if a note was with them explaining they are free. Breakfast was very nice Staff were very friendly and helpful room stunk of cigarette smoke with the window shut it wasnt very nice

Parking on-site is very convenient. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is great. Good value for money. In the evening the door of the bathroom got locked and they couldn't unlock it. So we had no bathroom in the room. They said they were going to unlock it in the morning, but morning came and no one bothered to check on us. So we just left. That was room 56, don't get that one.

Room and bathroom were clean. Room equipment, furniture and fixtures were very, very old. Room very small. Breakfast buffet standard but breakfast room as unwelcoming as possible. Very poor value, altogether.

The location only; it's right on Zeil. Clean and quite large room. The staff is definitely not friendly, answering our questions as they'd be annoyed by that...only exception, the blonde girl who did the check out last day. She also helped us contacting the guest who parked the car right behind our bikes - we had to leave and couldn't do.-->little note: the previous evening I saw the car and asked the other receptionist to advise the guest, as we'd have left early in next morning....clearly she's completely disregarded that and neither left a note to her colleague, as she didn't know anything about that!!

This is not a 3 star hotel. The carpets are dirty, there is no restaurant, no lobby and the breakfast is served at a back side, in a room which is used for meetings with tables that remind military camp. As for the variety, very simple things of cheapest quality. I stayed 4 nights due to exhibition and my towels and bedsheets were never changed, not even stretched. The normal rate is around Euro 70 but during fairs it is raised three times higher. They should therefore pay a little more attention to their service since they get a lot more money.

It was a wonerfull small and comfortable hotel at the hart of the Frankfurt with a good-experiences staff and excellent cleannes. In my next visit to Frnakfurt I would choose it again with no hesitation.

Location is exellent,close to main shoping street. Gray guy on reception is rude.Beware of pay tv, becouse there are no explanation that as soon as you switch on tv you will be automatically charged 11 euros
