De ansatte var vennlige og gjorde sitt beste for at vi skulle få våre ønsker oppfylt. Den trådløse internettforbindelsen fungerte utmerket. Fin beliggenhet. Alle ansatte var russere, og ikke alle snakket like godt tysk. Det var til dels vanskelig å gjøre seg forstått. Restauranten var grei, med en svært liten meny, men maten var ikke all verden. |

The price I arrived at 1530hrs and my room was not available until 1600hrs. The room was a non-smoking room but the room smelled like smoke |

Excellent location, great breakfast and there was parking for our rental car. Bed was very comfortable in the large room we had. There was no air conditioning so room was noisy when window was open. |

The breakfast, the eggs was so good. the room was small, if i compare it to other hotels i stay in in Europe Country, even the toilet, there were mosquitos in my room and i dont know if the other room has the same problem, i can suggest this hotel only for single lik me. |

The room was very secure and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. The staff were also helpful. The room needed some curtains at the bathroom window, and the bathroom itself needed more shelves for putting stuff on. Also, I would always recommend the availability of a kettle in 3 star hotels. |

It is close to shopping, Christmas markets, Goethe house, churches, alte Oper and a short walk to museums and art galleries. The breakfast is not as good as it was previously. The Restaurant which previously was excellent, was closed for much of the time. |
