Fantasric location with transport links, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Rooms were very warm and there was no way to turn the heating down. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent for access to all Berlin's public transport options and for shoppers the hotel is located on the shopping street with good access, for a first time visitor to Berlin, to other areas in Berlin. My room was large and comfortable with a great outlook into trees and the breakfast provided was generous with a very good choice. Value for money could not be beaten |

I really liked the location and the breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were however, a couple of things we didn't like - the two sinks in the bathroom were congested. There was a strange (unpleasant) smell in the room at times, so we had to open the windows. They charge you 5 euros/day for the Wi-fi internet connection but you can use it only in the lobby, that was just redicilous. Anyway, we had a good stay, would definitely go back when visiting Berlin. |

The Hotel is Located in a good location. It is supposed to be a 4 star Hotel. But to be very honest I have stopped in better 3 Star Hotels. The rooms are not of a 4 Star standard. I also felt that the Hotel Staff were not that friendly, with it being a big Hotel they have the attitude that they do not need your custom because they will always get guests. |

The location is perfect, the facilities just right (not too much you don't need for city break) and it is friendly and very secure. It is a little tired in the public areas (worn carpet on stairs and stains). |

Location is great! And my room was very quiet. The breakfast was pretty poor for the hotel category (4 stars). And in general - it is not a 4 star hotel! All the hotel facilities, including the rooms, are quite old. But still - the location is great, and for this price it is really OK. |

Right on the Kudamn street. Perfect location. Breakfast was very good. Hotel bar was fun. Bad smell in bathroom. Wifi not available in the room. TV, fridge, carpet could be cleaner. |

The staff were pleasant and efficient. All requests were handled professionally. There is no in-room internet access. It was only available from the bar or reception areas. Given that I was on a business trip, this rendered the room almost useless. The room was stuffy and to get some air in, I needed to open the windows. However, as I was on a main street, the noise of traffic was pretty bad. |
