Hotel Zoo Berlin

いろいろな面でスタッフは親切でした。地下鉄からも極近いし、バス停は目の前だし、空港からもバス一本で来- られるのでロケーションは抜群です。近くには美味しいレストランがあり、地の利を得ていると思います。

窓に薄いレースのカーテンしかないので、灯りをつけると部屋の中が丸見えになると思います。周りに何もなけ- ればよいのですが、他の部屋がたくさん向かい合っているので、着替える際に気を使いました。バスルームのト- イレットペーパーの位置が、とても後方にあるので使うのに苦労します。位置の改善をお勧めします。従業員に- 関して苦情は全くありません。

４月中旬に一泊しました。Zoo駅から近く食事や買い物にとても便利でした。4月のベルリンは予想より暖か- く爽やかな早春という気候でしたが、夜は毛布が欲しかったです。

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent for access to all Berlin's public transport options and for shoppers the hotel is located on the shopping street with good access, for a first time visitor to Berlin, to other areas in Berlin. My room was large and comfortable with a great outlook into trees and the breakfast provided was generous with a very good choice. Value for money could not be beaten

I really liked the location and the breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There were however, a couple of things we didn't like - the two sinks in the bathroom were congested. There was a strange (unpleasant) smell in the room at times, so we had to open the windows. They charge you 5 euros/day for the Wi-fi internet connection but you can use it only in the lobby, that was just redicilous. Anyway, we had a good stay, would definitely go back when visiting Berlin.

Unable to control the room temperature

The location is perfect, the facilities just right (not too much you don't need for city break) and it is friendly and very secure.

It is a little tired in the public areas (worn carpet on stairs and stains).

Location is great! And my room was very quiet.

The breakfast was pretty poor for the hotel category (4 stars). And in general - it is not a 4 star hotel! All the hotel facilities, including the rooms, are quite old. But still - the location is great, and for this price it is really OK.
