Hotel Zur Alten Brücke  

The hotel is in the hart of the beautiful old city. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful.

The parking is not next to the hotel. You can find the parking place in nearby before riche the hotel situated in the waking aria! After that you can pay an attention to find the good parking house, because there is a discount only for one. You can absolutely ask the number of parking house, not only its address. I have chosen the parking house following the indication of the staff /they communicated the address for my gps/, but when I leaved the hotel it was a big surprise that my parking wasn’t a good parking house which the hotel has a contract. I had to pay full tariff for 2 day. For more long time it could be really annoying.

Great location and the staff was incredible. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Our "Junior Suite" was simply beautiful and nicely furnished. The hotel was quaint, but very modern in its furnishings and updated bathroom. The adjacent restaurant was small, quaint, and simply outstanding food and drink. The staff was always more than willing to help you with any need you may have. The location was simply terrific. We were near the River Neckar and the Heidelberg Bridge. The location made seeing Heidelberg very easy, as all the wonderful shops and restaurants and bakeries were within easy walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay at Hotel Zur Alten Brucke again when we visit Germany.

The localization is good.

The rooms courtains do not block the lights. You wake up with sun rise. Bathroon not very clean, with strong smell. Parking for a big car (higher than 2 meters) not so close to the hotel.

Location very central, nice view from the room, nice courtyard, very good breakfast and a very nice welcome from the staff.

Lack of space to unload luggages from the car.

The rooms are very noisy. You can hear the elevator in the rooms, you can hear the traffic outside, you can hear the people walking in the corridors and the beds squeak. There are little steps everywhere, so you have to be careful all the time not to stumble.

the locality is brill but it comes with the downside of noise from traffic and people. the rooms were great although heavier curtains would be good. Breakfast was good and the resaurant area had a nice cosy traditional feel.although no parking the car park was close and no problem arranging our discount. altogether a great experience but expensive due to its location

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town - a great location for exploring Heidelberg and Heidelberg Castle. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and spoke English, which was appreciated as my German is weak. They provided us with maps and directions for all the places we needed to get to while we were there. Breakfast was excellent, and well worth the 10 euros per person.

My room faced the old bridge, so beautiful view. Room was incredibly large and well appointed. Very beautiful hotel.

Didn't like the outside light coming through the curtains.

Staff was incredibly service concious, and hotel was very boutique and well-situated for walking the old town of Heidelberg.

Parking is inconvenient if you are driving.

Friendly personnel, hotel has been modernised very nicely, good breakfast, good location, decent bathroom, decent single room

The location! So near all that there is to offer.

I expected it to be noisy in the summer season, I was not ready for the noise from the street in the winter months.
