The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff spoke english. In the center of town so a great location.

Reception is inside a resturant in a corner building and not obvious. Not easy to find. I would not have been able to find the hotel afterhours or night. No on-site parking. Parking garage about a 5 to 10 min. walk.

Parking is located a distance away from the hotel, and even stopping just to drop your bags off in front of the hotel was difficult on a one-way narrow street.

The localization is good.

The rooms courtains do not block the lights. You wake up with sun rise. Bathroon not very clean, with strong smell. Parking for a big car (higher than 2 meters) not so close to the hotel.

I did not only stay in the suit, but also had my family over in another 5 rooms over the weekend to celebrate my wedding in Heidelberg. Not only we had an fantastic stay in the hotel, also we had two fabulous reception in the hotel’s restaurant, one in the afternoon on the terrace just after the wedding, and one in the evening in a special reserved room for us. The food was delicious, as always, the wine excellent, and the service fantastic. We had such a wonderful time this weekend, I can only recommend to go for this place! Bravo!

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town - a great location for exploring Heidelberg and Heidelberg Castle. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and spoke English, which was appreciated as my German is weak. They provided us with maps and directions for all the places we needed to get to while we were there. Breakfast was excellent, and well worth the 10 euros per person.

We loved this hotel for its location and style - tastefully contemporary within a historic setting. Location was fantastic, especially for a short city break where you want everything right on the doorstep. Staff were friendly and helpful. We orignally booked for one night but ended up staying two!

Malý útulný, príjemné prostredie, výborná poloha. Služby štandardné. Nebolo nič čo by nevyhovovalo.

Parkovanie je v neďalekej verejnej garáži, ale vzhľadom na umiestnenie hotela priamo v historickom centre je to pochopiteľné.

Tres bonne situation pour visiter la vieille ville. Les chambres sont grandes et calmes. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et offre un grand choix, de plus le restaurant interieur est tres jolie. L'Hotel posede aussi une belle court interieure tres romantique le soir pour un dernier verre.

Le lit est double mais compose de 2 matelats separes, ce qui est un peu inconvenient car il se cree un espace au milieu du lit. L'Hotel ne possede pas de Parking sur place mais a 5 minutes a pieds (de plus l'hotel offre une ristourne sur le prix du Parking public)
