I arrived late at the hotel, and was met with an English speaking manager on the desk. He was very friendly and polite. The breakfast on offer was a high standard, and the buffet was regularly updated so the food was fresh. That evening I had a fantastic meal, first class customer service. My glass was never left empty without someone asking me if I wanted a refill. Other guests were in with families with young children, and the staff were pleasant and friendly with their requests also. Very impressed with the whole service, and will book there again. Only 10 mins from the city centre by train, and 2 minute walk to local train station also

Very nice, rooms were nice and clean, very good breakfast meal, nice and friendly staff.

Rooms are a bit small but I guess people don't go to Munich to stay in they're rooms.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Although not in the City Center of Munich - being so close to the Pasing station made it very accessible for all we wanted to do. Prior to my arrival the hotel staff was very quick to answer any of my questions. All of the front desk staff understood and spoke English very well. Rarity in Europe is an elevator - this Hotel had one!

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. As to other meals the menu is limited and a bit expensive.

Good price and very close to the train station in Pasing, so 15 Minutes away from heart of the City.

WiFi Access is expensive at € 1 for 20 minutes.

The rooms is clean but not always wash the floor. The internet is very expensic 3 euros per hour the hotel is very very hot it is dificult to stay in the room with the clothes even if the heater is off in your room. the showers is disaster you regular the water and then when you wash every 15 seconds its coming very hoot and it is not good becouse when i told you hot it is realy hot.the rooms is small but ok.

The Hotel was only minutes from the main train station and for me, the clinic I was attending. I liked the friendly (Most of them) staff. Having spent 13 nights, it was nice to be on first name terms with most of the staff. The breakfast was ample and was buffet style with good service available. The room was clean and tidy.

No tea and coffee facility in the room.

Good value for money, good location, I had a positive outcome, so everything was good

I did not like the smell of the liquid soap, I advise to get your own

The breakfast is very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean the bathroom quite nice. Access to the hotel by transit is very easy and underground parking.

The price for the room was a little steep, was also during ocktoberfest so could account for it.

Comfort room although tight for my 6 feet height. Clean, good location, close to S-Bahn Pasing station which is a major station. room was looking at the backyard restaurant, so far enough from the main road noise.

Indeed I did not like the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It could be considered as : "poor". Also staff of restaurant was not so friendly with foreigners (like us). Language problem ? Could be.

Lack of tea and coffe making facities in the room.
