Late arrival was possible, parking direct near hotel, toilets and bathroom in hall were clean, breakfast also good. Hotel good enough when you need to stay for one night/travelling. Single room had quite some dirty stains on the carpet |

not happy at all. i booked this hotel on the booink.com and arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and the receiver already charged me through my credit card. i am not complain about charging my credit card. however, what i can't stand is that she asked me to pay another 20 euros saying we came too late.i didnt see any policy like this on the web page and asked her to see the documents. but she said if we don't pay her she won;t let us stay. it is actually a robbery, she knew that we woundn't go elsewhere because she already charged the fees on my credit card.i really feel disappointed about this, and i think i wouldn't recommend it because of this unhappy experience. |

It was very economical. I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was clean, the staff was helpful. It was so cheap, yet breakfast was included. I can't find anything wrong with the place. Very happy. |

Good location. Perfect and free internet. When I booked the hotel nowhere was specified that there is not bathroom and toilets inside the rooms. If I know this info in advance I will never book this hotel and I was agree to choose more expensive one with bathroom and toilet in the room. I feel like cheated. |

No entienden idiomas, solo hablan chino I aleman mal. Personal muy poco amable. Nos cobraron suplemento de 10 euros por llegar tarde ya que cerraban recepcion y no nos hicieron factura, porque no figura en ninguna parte en condiciones. Una estafaa. Llame por telefono para avisar que llegariamos tarde, y no me entendian... En total 63 euros por un antro, y porque ya nos habian cargado la habitacion en la visa. |
