Great friendly staff, nice to be away from commercial Berlin in a short tram ride away from Alexanderplatz. Airconditioning would have helped as a bit of a heat wave and a laundry room would have been useful.

Quite e not to far from the ceneter if you have a car. Many free parking are available around. double room at 4th floor small and with a too low ceiling .

Charmant hôtel de caractère dans le style typique allemand d'avant- guerre. Quartier calme de Berlin-Est hors des bruits du centre-ville. Ligne de tram a proximité permettant de rejoindre aisément et directement l'Alexander Platz. Excellent accueil et personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Les chambres manquent de charme et sont exigües. Internet n'est pas disponible dans les chambres. Dommage !

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Een van de goedkoopste hotels van Berlijn. Een prima ontbijt, stil op de gang en gratis parkeren. De vloer van de hotelkamer was niet goed gestofzuigd bij aankomst. In de hoeken lag ook nog wat stof.

Le service du petit déjeuner à volonté était parfait. L'insonorisation des chambres est excellente, nous n'avons jamais été géné par le bruit des autres occupants de l'hotel.

Har bott på hotellet 4 ggr förut. Därför visste jag vad jag åkte till. Mina förhoppningar infriades. Det kan bli bättre information om tillgång till Wi-Fi Det kan finnas bättre information om frukosttider, bokningstider mm.

Rustig hotel met een goede rechtstreekse verbinding naar het centrum ( tram M5). Internet verbinding was niet optimaal en moest regelmatig door het personeel gereset worden.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Hervorragende Küche im Restaurant bei 10 % Rabatt für Hotelgäste. Recht ruhige Lage in einem nordöstlichen Berliner Stadtbezirk mit überwiegend historischer Bausubstanz und sehr grüner Umgebung mit Parks und Seen. Straßenbahn m5 fährt rund um die Uhr (!) in 15 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz und in 5 Minuten zur Ring-S-Bahn. Flughafen Schönefeld in 40 Minuten mit den öffis erreichbar! Zimmer und Bad sind recht großzügig geschnitten. Frühstück im Hotel wird etwas überteuert angeboten, aber es gibt Alternativen in der Umgebung des Hotels

Die Lage des Hotels zum Erkunden von Berlin ist wirklich sehr gut, auch für solche, die das Auto gerne mal stehen lassen möchten. Obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Strasse gelegen, war das Zimmer ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist auch in Ordnung. Da wir auswärts gegessen haben, kann ich die Gastronomie des Hauses nicht beurteilen und ob 9,- € für ein Frühstück nicht zu hoch angesetzt ist. Die Räume sind sauber, in freundlichen Farben und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad wies mehrere unschöne Schimmelfugen auf, die wirklich nicht gut aussahen. Des weiteren fehlten gut zugängliche Steckdosen im Zimmer (z.B. für Ladekabel), die wenigen die es im Zimmer gab waren mit Mobilar verstellt. Ein Türhänger, für Gäste die mal länger schlafen wollen, wäre sehr empfehlenswert. Der Fernseher war sehr klein und unmodern (stammte wahrscheinlich aus einer Übernahme). Der Schrank incl. Garderobe war für 3 Personen etwas klein geraten, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht geeignet.

Wir waren vor 5 oder 6 Jahren schon einmal dort und besonders die Lage hat uns gefallen. Das Hotel befindet sich außerhalb der City, also in ruhiger Gegend und trotzdem konnten wir dank einer sehr guten Bahnverbindung sehr schnell die Stadtmitte erreichen. Für € 9,00 Aufschlag fanden wir das Frühstücksbuffett nicht so toll. Es mangelte an appetitlich aussehendem Wurstaufschnitt und Käse mussten wir uns auch teilweise erfragen.

Vi gillar läget I gamla östberlin. Vackra villakvarter och jättefina grönområden precis intill, och de små fina sjöarna där.Den genuina kvarterskrogen med husmanskost tilltalar oss också. Vi tycker om att ta oss in till centrum med spårvagnen och se "vanligt folk". Vi har bott där 4-5 ggr. Det är prisvärt. Vi har inte utnyttjat ngn service där men vi har absolut inget att klaga på!

Aardig personeel. Behulpzaam. Door het verkeerslawaai moesten we met het raam dicht slapen en dat was erg benauwd. Op de foto's lijkt het alsof je bij een park zit, maar het hotel staat aan een weg en al het bijbehorende geluid echoot tegen de flats aan de overkant.

Zuivere kamers, prima bedden, dagelijks zuivere handdoeken e.d., prima ontbijt, indien gewenst diner goed mogelijk. Ligt ongeveer 8 km. van het centrum (Alexanderplatz), maar op ongeveer 150 meter afstand kun je de tram nemen. Als het al tegenviel: vanaf 3e etage geen lift.

Отель расположен в тихом симпатичном районе города. Интернет работает хорошо: обещанный бесплатный интернет в холле первого этажа можно было поймать и в номере на четвёртом этаже (хотя сигнал был слабый). Проблем с парковкой нет: машину можно оствить прямо вдоль улицы, напротив отеля бесплатный паркинг. Завтрак дорогой (9 евро с человека) и ничем не примечательный. За такие деньги можно было бы предложить более разнообразное меню. В любом кафе можно позавтракать вкуснее и дешевле (хотя рядом с отелем кафе нет).

- Gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche zu günstigen Preisen (plus 10% für Hausgäste) - Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter - Gute Anbindung and das Zentrum: die Strassenbahn M5 hält vor dem Haus und fährt durch bis Alexanderplatz - Haus mit Charakter: jedes Zimmer ist anders (kein 08/15-Hotel einer Kette) - Elektroinstallation nicht zeitgemäß: zu wenige Steckdosen, teilweise ohne Plastikrahmen - relativ kleine Röhrenfernseher - Hinweis: die Doppelzimmer haben z.T. zwei Einzelbetten. Wer ein Doppelbett will, sollte das vorab mitteilen.
