Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf    

I liked the view to the harbour and Rhine and the closeness to the city.

I love breakfast buffet .and I love the suite it is spacious comfortable and cozy .

presentation of the hotel was good.

1. Appaled that internet is not standard for hotel change at this level and for the price paid. 2. The iron was one of the poorest i have eveer had to use, no steam function, most guests i saw were on business, who would have travelled to the hotel, hence shirts in their suitcase, and would inturn require a good iron, however, i had to iron my short 4 times and soak it in order to iron it properly, appalling! 3. The bed gave me chronic back ache the next day, whilst this differs to each guest, for me this was uncomfortable. 4. Generally a very bad stay, i will be attending E-World in Essen every year, however, i will not be staying at the Hyatt.

`excellent hotel, great service and great facility

Nice location, by the river and close to the Rhine Tower. Good price for a 5* hotel. Fine spa.

Room a bit small. No pool. Very pricey breakfast (so we chose to rather have brunch in town). The hotel is very large - hence, there is an feeling of "mass service". Having said that, the staff was friendly and ready to help.

The design, the style, the atmosphere is somewhat posh so you'd feel as a VIP at this hotel ;-) The staff is very professional, very kind and helpful and what we found amazing as well, is the location - it is really within walking distance from the very center of Dusseldorf... Oh yes, and please, do not forget to book a room with views - it is certainly worth it!

Maybe to much cleaning? ;-) We left the room at about eight in the evening and upon our return at night we found our room cleaned again.

Wonderful in almost every way, from the quirky (yet good) layout of the room, to the helpfulness of the staff (bringing toothpaste to our room when we realised we'd forgotten to pack any!) to the atmosphere of the lobby bar, to the location right by the Media Harbour and a short walk along the Rhine to the Old Town.

Randomly, just that the TV didn't appear to go very loud which made listening to the movie while relaxing in the bath (yes, the TV was viewable from the bath - like I said, quirky layout!) difficult. #firstworldproblems!

the service, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the size of the room, the shower, the sheets, the service towards our dog, the breakfast and the quality of all the ingredients, the location, the wish tree in the lobby towards children of a nearby hospital. everything was impeccable! i would DEFINITELY go back to this place. anytime!

Nice Hotel - Seperate smokers room

The hotel is located quite far from the expo complex. The rooms are nice but small for the price - especially during the expo, where it was also hard to get a table in the restaurant. Food was good, but pricy.

its just a great luxurious hotel...i also love the smoking room!!

just the weather...if you could arrange for it to be sunny all the time, that would be perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable and crystal clean!

Chargeable services are too expensive. Internet speed is very low so there is no need to buy it. Just use 30 minutes free Internet for basic jobs.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was very nice. The view on the harbor and The Rheinturm was wonderful. We will probably stay here again in the near future.

Quite simply 1st class. We had a wonderful stay. A great big thank you to the management ans staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel itself is great and the room is very nice. The place is right in the middle of the port with lots of restaurants.

Not so close to the city center

Excellent service, awesome view (if you book a riverview room), extraordinary breakfast buffet, bathing tub and shower, very clean room with no dents in wall or stains on carpet, free internet, spacious parking (2,10m high), tasty room decoration, lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Room a bit small and the "you have to go through the bath to get into your room"-concept at first a bit odd. But you get used to it pretty soon and then it's very good architectural solution to get the most luxury out of a small space. Bit expensive, some nice weekend offers though. 3km from the old town / Königsallee, but probably THE best hotel in town.

Very nice hotel.

The staff were excellent and really made the difference from stays at other hotels. The room was superb as was the food and drinks. I will definitely use Hyatt again when I travel and is now my first choice hotel in Dusseldorf.

Everything,excellent service, except that the whirlpool didn't work, so we couldn't enjoy the spa! Pity!

The spa that they reffered us to, in the city, was a neighbourhood swimmingpool,dirty and not at all fit for us.

The view was supereb and it had a very extraordinary design in the room never saw such room where the bathroom is inside the livong room

Every thing was expensive and they changed my room price without informing me through booking
