Staff were superb. Breakfast was very complete. Room well appointed.

Gym needs some renovation.

As usual hyatt hotels around the world, the service was very good. Dramatic scenery right in front of the hotel, making exclusive value for guests who stay there

The staff were vey service oriented and responded quickly to request. &Amp; the breakfast was fantastic!

Very unpleasantly surprised by the fact that hey charged 18€ a day for wifi...feels very stingy and not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. And other extra charges like 22€ a day for parking...

General impression of everything

It's 2013, why still charging for wifi? The sushi is very average quality, for sure compared to the rest of the food and beverages.

Great location near zentrum and it is very clean

Very professional staff, the location is perfect, nice facilities, late checkout, a perfect bathroom..nice stay!

celebrities inside the hotel...you have to go to the bar or waiting outside even if you have a room and don't care about it.

There are many things to like at the Hyatt. You'd expect so as it is a top hotel renowned worldwide.

Unfortunately we had terrible nights sleep due to the fact you cannot open the windows. There is no air-con, you can only set it on heating so the room is at least set on 25C which is very warm. Every morning my girlfriend and I woke up with a terrible sore throat due to the lack of fresh air and stuffiness of the room. I woke up in sweat several times. I think this ruined our stay at the Hyatt, which in general is a great hotel which offers luxury and 5 star attention. It's a pity that something as simple as air-conditioning or windows that open weren't available in a top hotel like this.

Some great staff particularly the concierge staff were very helpful and D polite.

Position across the river a problem especially in winter when it is to cold to walk across the bridges, however it is quiet. All shopping and restaurants are on the opposite side to the hotel

Beautiful hotel and the location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the service of all departments outstanding.

My girlfriend and I have just got back after two nights at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the en suite was expansive and well stocked with all we needed. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was perfect, just across the main bridge to the central railway station and the impressive cathedral. It was also within easy walking distance of the 4 christmas markets we went to and to the claudius therme spa. Food at the glashaus restaurant was delicious. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Didn't have breakfast due to the high price, did put us off. Otherwise, can't think of anything.

Had an amazing time

Short walk across the river to the old town etc. Didn't use restaurant but ate in the bar a couple of times - good bar food at reasonable price - v friendly bar staff as well as those on reception.

Great rooms, lovely hotel, on the banks of the Rhein.
