la struttura, lo staff, i servizi generali, la collocazione logistica in funzione di quello che sono le mie esigenze.

Purtroppo rilevo che a distanza di anni la proprietà è cambiata, e da allora ormai è assodato che abbiano eliminato dalla zona benessere, l'idromassaggio, le docce a massaggio cervicale dal bordo piscina, la zona lampade uva, ed anche il centro ayurvedico. Probabilmente la scelta è stata dettata dal fatto che, attigue all'albergo, ci siano delle bellissime terme ad un costo ridicolo giornaliero di ingresso. Resta però il fatto che un albergo a 5 stelle di tale magnificenza non possa permettersi passi indietro delle proprie infrastrutture, soprattutto perchè il costo giornaliero delle camere non è diminuito così come la graduatoria delle stelle.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Nice communal areas.

Bedrooms are tired and need updating. The bathrooms are a disaster. No proper showers. You have to sit in the bath in order to have a shower as there is a basic shower attachment with no curtain. Very poor really.

Lovely hotel. Good location and good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms.

We chose the hotel because we knew the weather was to be mixed and we , therefore, wanted an indoor pool. It was, however, closed for renovations during our stay. If we had known in advance, we would have gone somewhere else. No discount was offered and nothing was mentioned on the website. Also, it seemed unreasonable to charge for parking and the charge for wi-fi was very high.

Spacious rooms, nice outdoor pool with plenty of chairs and beds, great breakfast.

Expencive internet and a pitty that no cool drinks are available by the pool.

Grandhotel Roemerbad is an older, castle-style hotel, which looks quite appealing, even if it's not perfectly renovated inside or outside. Got a nice outdoor pool (indoor pool was closed for renovations). Our room was very spacious. The view towards the Voges mountains is breathtaking.

The staff was kind of nice, but the restaurant manager was impolite and as a family, we didn't feel welcome, even if the kids were relatively well-behaved. At several occasions, he was adressing us in a way you would expect in a youth-hostel, not in a Grand Hotel. It was so upsetting that I had problems sleeping the second night, which is rare. I would expect that you can get much more hospitality and the same level of comfort for a better price. Not recommended.

The location was beautiful; hotel charming and rooms spacious with all the modern essentials.

A somewhat charming but badly run down place. General Manager is allright. Positive: Huge rooms with spacious bathroom.

- Staff is not trained - stains on the carpets - the entire hotel is badly looked after - no real friendliness - after check-out no goodbye

Customer service was excellent; everyone treated us like royalty. In anticipation of my 2-year-old daughter, they provided a smaller bed in the sitting room, so that she could choose from the small single bed or a large double bed in a curtained sitting-room alcove. Naturally, she picked the big one and loved it. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious!

Old rooms , I have a dog at my house but I don't like to see dogs at hotels it makes me think that the rooms can be with fleas.

Die Junior Suiten sind sehr schön und geräumig. Schöner, grosser Innenpool.

Am Abend konnte man nicht à la carte Essen. Das Essen wurde zwischen den einzelnen Gängen zu schnell serviert. Teppiche in den Gängen dürften erneuert werden.

Der Drink "Hugo" den ich in der Bar bestellte, schmeckte nicht. Er hatte wohl Prosecco, Pfefferminzblätter, Eiswürfel aber keinen Holunderblütensirup, sondern einen anderen Sirup, der nicht schmeckte

Le lieu très agréable l hôtel est très bien place avec une superbe vue si on a la chance d avoir une chambre de ce côté Une salle à manger très vaste et donnant sur une belle terrasse avec un plafond somptueux Les repas sont très bons, et copieux Le service est chaleureux mais dommage que personne ne parle français , pourtant la frontière avec la France n est qu'à quelques kms !!! La piscine intérieure est très grande 20x8m

Les toilettes dans la salle de bain et les produits (shampoing,savon) ne sont pas en petit flaconnage à usage unique c est curieux pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

Très bel établissement: chic et imprégné d'une histoire prestigieuse

Certaines chambres/suites sont très belles (et bien restaurées), d'autres mériteraient des travaux importants Restaurant très agréable mais la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement

faellt mir nichts ein - (wir haben nicht im Restaurant gegessen)

unfreundliches Personal besonders in der Bar und im Frühstücksraum. Leider ist die Zeit in diesem Hotel komplett vorübergegangen. Werde wieder mal nach Badenweiler kommen, aber nicht mehr in dieses Hotel.

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel , einzigartig und sehr charmant.Bitte Superior buchen.

Es ist nicht fehlerlos aber es gibt keine wirklichen grobe Fehler.

Die Ambiance als Grandhotel, die Grosszügigkeit vergangener guter Zeiten. Ein schönes Morgenessen-Buffet.

Die Karte für das Nachtessen ist für diese Hotelkategorie eindeutig zu klein. Die Weine werden zu stark überhöhten Preisen angeboten. Der Service hält sich in Grenzen.
