Very cheap impression from an oldfashionned hotel and very unfriendly staff !!! I'm happy that I only stayed 1 night..

Great location right next to train station but also very quiet and relaxing. Extremely clean and modern hotel with easy access to all that Heidelberg offers

Great breakfasts.

The rooms were hot and the airconditioner did not work well so we had to open the window. The hotel is right next to the railway station and announcements for the commuter trains started about 0430 - not conducive to sleep.

clean room and nice staff, parking is free. close to railway station. easy to find a restaurant even in late evening, there is a restaurant at the next door.

We arrived very early in the morning and as the room was free they let us check-in.

The room was in the ground floor next to the main street. But it was ok just for only one night.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was good for us - chose this hotel because it is adjacent to the main railway station. Only a 15 minute walk (at a fast pace) to the historic part of the city. Breakfast buffet was fine, if a little overpriced at 10 euros.

Room was small (adequate for our 2-night stay) and bathroom was tiny. Anyone over 6 ft tall, or heavily built, might have a hard time fitting in! Location is convenient but noisy. Room was too warm (on a mild April night), but lots of traffic and crowd noise with window open.

it's a budget hotel in Heidelberg which located next by Train Station. it's far away from old town, you better take city tram or bus or drive to there. have free parking but not enough parking space in front of the hotel. it's hard to find the 2nd parking area, you better ask you travel buddy to go to check-in first and get the instruction with map for getting to 2nd parking area.

Room is too small, no more space if you have one large luggage.

We liked the location (close to the train station and easy to get to by car), the free parking (both and front and rear of hotel), the very comfy bed and that it was clean and with all amenities you need. Good for the price!

This hotel has no character (but you expect this at an ibis) and small rooms. The room we had was really too small for a baby cot (had to move the baby cot if we wanted to get to the bathroom or to the side of the bed). Perhaps other rooms a bigger... might pay to ask!

Been a long time since we stay at a Ibis Hotel. Last time was in 2007. Glad to know that they still are a familiar place. You know what you´ll get when you book a Ibis Hotel. And glad to know that they have improved. Bed and pillows were fantastic. Good shower and room decoration was better than we remember. Hotel is right in the trains station. A littl of the historical center but easy to reach. Staff was professional. Don´t got the breakfest so can´t comment on it. Good price for Heidelberg.

The hotel is just next to the train station ,therefore it was easy to find it. The staff is very friendly. The room is nice, small, comfortable, and well-furnished. You can find the basic things that you need in the room. It is also very quiet. Especially, the beds are very comfortable.

The bathroom was too small and there were some hairs around the window. Another small problem was the heating of the bathroom. There is a button just outside the bathroom in order to start the heating of the bathroom. However, the heater stops after 5 minutes that it has been started and you have to push the button again. You have to repeat this every 5 minutes.

It is very convenient if arriving by train with a lot of luggage. It also has good bus and tram links to all parts of the city.

Some of the paintwork on the outside of the bathroom was tatty. The area around the station is not the nicest.

I liked a lot it was 1 minute from the train station because I was traveling by train very early in the morning.

I did not like the price of the room. 66 euros for a simple double room per night is a lot of money considering there was no breakfast in the price, which cost 10 euros per person!!!!!!!!
