Close to the train, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great value and location. Would recommend.

The Old Town, the Rhine River boat ride, the modern energy of Downtown. The Ibis hotels worldwide are excellent and a good price.

Clean and comfortable

Convenient location at less than a kilometer from the city center. Comfortable, silent and clean room. The hotel offers parking for 8 euro/day (cheaper than the other sorrounding parkings). Value for money.

Only one towel per person was provided. Not so friendly staff. Too few parking places, not enough especially during the week-end.

Breakfast was excellent.

everything was good, bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, quiet and conveniently located to the train station and the city centre! I come every year for the Christmas Market and this is my preferred choice of hotel to stay in! Thank you

Convenience for Altstadt

Would have appreciated coffee/tea facilities in room - surely not toooo difficult?

I like the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, the powerful shower, and the quality of the breakfasts, all of which make it perfect for a business trip. I always find the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The proximity of the railway station also makes it ideal for travelling to the Messe in Frankfurt. I also love the fact that it is located so close to the Alte Stadt, with its lovely architecture, shops and restaurants, which make a business trip extra pleasurable. I intend to return at some point next year with my husband and daughter for a family visit. Although it is a budget hotel, it offers far more than that in terms of service and accommodation.

It was very close to the Old Town and the room had a view of the Rhine River. It was close to the U-ban

The breakfast was more expensive then other places we have stayed in. Internet access was $9 a day in our room. The computer in the lobby was very slow. Charging...2.50 Euros for dipping a so so tea bag in a small cup of hot water seemed a bit much. Other places did not charge. We had to open the windows at night because the air conditioner just emmited white dust.

It's location. It is within walking distance to the old city an that's perfect! Friendly reception staff-always willing to help.

The room service menu did not have much choice!

The hotel is centrally located to the train station and waterfront. Most of the old city is within a short walk away.
