Staff was helpful and polite, breakfast was great and the room was good, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Great report quality/price.

As I always travel to Germany Hotels have reasonable honest and fair rates, "the only country in europe" Germany is a great country really

Great location, close to local transport, on a quiet side street. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Berlin bear outside the front door!

The lack of wifi, which was advertised everywhere. Maybe remove the signs until it is fixed?

The very clean and efficient look of the room.

The difficulty in finding it. Your directions should say that it is on a pedestrian mall. Even the locals didn't know where Pragerstrasse was. But when we said "Ibis Hotel" they knew. We spent an hour driving around the bahnhoff trying to find it.

Internet was not working on the floor we had our room.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk from the Samaritenstrasse u5 stop, although not close to the busy city center (which was not a problem for us). Supermarkets and bakery nearby. A big, spacious and quiet room (nr. 408). I always had wi-fi internet in the room.

Breakfast could be improved, not in terms of "eat all you want" but in the variety of food available. I would have like to find some cakes or pastry, more bread variety and a toaster.

Good position near underground station. Nice clean rooms.

It was well located. The staff was awfully friendly. Breakfast (included in the price) was more than excellent. No doubt I would use Ibis again.

Apparently there was a problem with the wi-fi advertised. Couldn't get internet. This is not a complain, just a note.

La custodia dei bagagli: chiunque puo' chiedere la chiave della stanza blindata dove si raccolgono i bagagli prima del check in o dopo il check out senza nessun controllo da parte del personale !! Si rischia di non ritrovare il proprio bagaglio !

De kamer was heel proper. Het ontbijt werd de hele tijd aangevuld en was vers en voldoende keuze. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

De receptie en de ontbijruimte waren op de kelderverdieping, dat vond ik iets minder aangenaam. Het hotel verhuurt ook fietsen, maar deze worden niet gecontroleerd. De lichten van 2 van de 3 fietsen werkten niet.

Me gusto el hotel, tenía todo lo necesario, el deasayuno muy bueno y la cama confortable para descansar después de un largo día.

Desde el metro hay hotel hay que caminar una cuadra que esta muy oscura, practicamente no tiene iluminación y da una sensación de inseguridad.

Läget på hotellet är mkt bra. Rummen är helt ok men vissa rum är felplacerade. Vi bodde precis utanför soporna. Hotellet har blivit mkt bättre på frukosten.

Posizione comodissima, vicina alla metro e a 5' da Alexander Platz. Camere spaziose e pulite, colazione a buffet abbondante.
