Ibis Styles Berlin City Ost  

I liked the location, the breakfast was nice, the room was fine and quiet. Everything was super except of itching from the bed-sheets

I kept on scratching from the bed, i'm sure that there were bugs or something

It was very clean and freidnly and had great location to u Bahn

It would be good to have a kettle in the room, and also the area surrounding the hotel at night had a lot of drunk people around and borken glass.

Very helpful staff, location was perfect for us, we were going to concert to a o2 stadium. and it was also just a walk away from the Simon-dach-strasse's restaurants and the metro. Room was very clean and nice, so much worth of the price. If your going to o2 stadium, this is good choice for you.

Unfortutelly opposite of the hotel there are construction site. (on march 2011)That wake us up at 7 am :-( so it was very noisy. Besides that everything was worth of the price at the hotel.

Very clean comfortable room with new furniture, friendly staff. Great location in peaceful street, only 5 U-bahn stops from the main square Alexander Platz, u bahn station is less than 5 minutes on foot. Excellent value for money!

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel although it was called agonfrankfurter allee before. It is in an ideal situation for a city trip east s bahn and u bahn connections within 400 metres.Excellent staff clean room we did not take the breakfast because there is a cafe across the road a lot cheaper than Ibis prices.Local bars on doorstep dont be put off with all the graffiti on arrival locals are friendly and we always feel safe even at night.If you arrive by car park on street as it costs 10euros per night to park at Ibis.

I think charging for car parking is not good 10 euros is extortionate.No tea or coffee in room.

The location was perfect for me close to tram lines ane Subway. Clean comfortable rooms

The staffs there are really kind and patient and the location is very nice. It is only 5 stops with the under ground and there is a shop nearby(out of the underground) which opens for 24 hours.

Hotel is near to Mitte(Alexanderplatz) 5 statinos with Ubahn (metro).Metro station(Sammarittestrase) and a bakery is less than 5 minutes on foot.The room is very clean and receptionists very friendly.You can use their pc for free.Room and water is always warm!

There are no signs near the station for the address of the hotel and it was difficult to find it.There was not wc ventilation in my room.

I chose the hotel because of its location near to where my daughter was living, but I also found that it was conveniently a few blocks from a large shopping centre as well as a major thoroughfare which had transport access to other parts of the city. There were also several bakeries and cafes in close proximity to the hotel. It was in a leafy street and, if you had a room at the back, was generally quiet. There was a breakfast restaurant serving a good selection for a reasonable price and internet was provided free of charge. All staff spoke some English and were courteous.

I stayed in this hotel on 2 occasions over a few days which meant that I had a different room each time. The first time my room was facing the courtyard and was generally quiet, but the second time the room was at the front and at ground level so I was bothered by passers-by late at night a couple of times. The beds on both occasions were single 'bunk' beds, therefore not as much room as what I generally expect, but were adequate for one person. Perhaps this is normal. Given the size and design of the rooms there was no opportunity to fit in a larger bed.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff very friendly and spoke very good english, which was important since my German is very limited. Also the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

For such a nice hotel, it was strangely situated, since the surrounding roads are pretty rundown with houses covered in graffiti. It was not the easiest place to find, no signs that we could see.
