ibis Ulm City  

Convenient location, staff friendly

This was a nice hotel with a compact but clean room with a very comfortable bed. The location was close to the train station and easy to find. It was also very convenient to the Cathedral and city sites. There was an Internet terminal in the lobby and free wifi there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. There were ten English channels on the television.

The wifi should have been free in the rooms too.

The service and decor are all good. The bed is comfortable.

The bathroom. It is small. The cooked breakfast.

The manager on duty on the afternoon of my arrival was perhaps the most helpful I have ever met. He could not do enough for myself and my wife and placed an advance booking for the Ulm hotel in Bonn for the next day for us. A genuine Ambassador for Ibis hotels.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were excellent.

We had a horrible stay as their air conditioning doesn't work. It was extremely hot and we had to try to sleep with the window open with was difficult as the hotel is on a noisy street. Reading between the lines my guess is that the airconditioning has been turned off as a cost saving measure. I think this measure will be costing them business. The lack of air conditioning was a real blight on what would have been a very nice experience.

Bett war zu hart

Ich hatte ein Zustellbett mitreserviert. Bei Anreise war dies noch nicht im Zimmer aufgestellt, obwohl an der Rezption bei Ankunft auch darauf hingewiesen. Nach ca. 1,5 h wurde es dann endlich aufgestellt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war nämlich allein.

Alles das , was ein Ibis-Hotel auszeichnet. Gute Lage, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück , ordentliches, sauberes Zimmer. Viele Fernsehkanäle. Guter Preis

Расположен рядом с центром, рядом остановка, тут же кафетерий на улице. в отеле тихо

завтраки за 10 еро - пустые. Интернета бесплатного нет. заезд на стоянку - за 2 квартала, у отеля припарковаться невозможно.

небольшой, уютный номер. излишеств нет, но за предлагаемые деньги вполне. расположен неплохо, достаточно близко от центра.

персонал на ресепшене абсолютно не умеет объяснять как проехать на парковку отеля. не поняв на словах, я достал распечатанное фото расположения отеля со спутника, и то на нем умудрились не туда послать. в общем сам нашел.

Proche de la gare, et du centre ville. Très facile à trouver. Discrétion, et personnel toujours présent à la Réception.

Bruyant côté route, mais très bonnes fenêtres!

Qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant, bien que soit assure un service de snack très convenable.

Alles soweit unauffällig.

Für ein ibis Hotel waren die Zimmer gefühlt vergleichsweise klein (aber ok). Dusche ohne Thermostat (warum gibt's sowas noch?), und mit Fußmatten-Klebeabdrücken in der Wanne. Ansonsten aber ok.

b. Dobra lokalizacja parę kroków od stacji kolejowej, czystość I co zaskakujące - stosunkowo cichy w nocy

Drobiazgi - kiepski internet w pokojach (płatny), niesprawna drukarka do użytku gości, brak możliwości skorzystania z samej np. Kawy na śniadanie, bez opłacenia całego śniadania - na szczęście obok jest kafejka, no I nie zaszkodziłoby parę polskich kanałów (chociaż informacyjnych) w tv..

die unkomplizierte Buchung und das mögliche Storno bis 17.59 Uhr. Dies deshalb, weil ich evtl. noch einen anderen Termin wahrnehmen mußte und dann nicht gekommen wäre. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich. Eine Garage im Haus ist gut. Ich werde wiederkommen, obwohl ich eigentlich ins Maritim nach Neu-Ulm wollte und dort kein Zimmer mehr frei war. Weiter so. Es fehlt an nichts!
