The room was on the small side but it didn't really matter as we were out in the city most of the time. We would have liked a safe in the room .Also we booked a twin room but it turned out to be a double room. We accepted this assuming all rooms the same and didn't complain as my confirmation merely stated 1 room for 2 people.

We cannot go online with our own web stick. Signals were being blocked by the hotel provider cloud nine.

Our hotel was ordered closed for repairs. At night, in darkness, we had to search another hotel of this firm. far enough. In this case, no one warned us. The level of comfort the hotel reminiscent of the Soviet student dormitory.

Very nice room, modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent - 5 min walk from train station and 10 min walk from the sightseeing places. Great variety of cafes and shops along the way to the old city center. Pastries and coffee were delicious and cheap. We lived everything about Dresden and this hotel.

From reading prior reviews I knew that breakfast is kind of expensive at €10 per person, so we didn't order it. Bottled water in a room was also very expensive: 6.5€ per bottle. You can save your money by buying water in a nearby supermarket.

The location was excellent whether you came by train or by car. The car park still had plenty of spaces when we arrived at 8.30pm, which was very pleasing and the station is also very close. Room was fine too with a good selection of TV channels. The room was by no means enormous but more than sufficient.

The bed was a bit hard and the price of €10 per person for breakfast is a total rip-off (as was the 1 litre bottle of mineral water in our room which would have cost us €4.50!). We had an enormous breakfast (which, at the time of writing, has still not been fully consumed) in a cafe that was literally next door for half that. At the end of the day though, we didn't have to take any of this stuff so I was very satisfied with the hotel.

Surprisingly centrally located. Hauptbahnhof and tram station were just at the end of the pedestrian zone. Parking was right behind the hotel, but it can be tricky getting a spot on Saturday afternoon.

The shower curtain was about 10 cm too short, and water flooded the bathroom everytime someone took a shower. Our children said their shower curtain was loonger. The hotel also had very strange skinny pillows. Glad I took my own.

No nonsense

I loved the location, on a shopping pedestrian street, near the main railway station yet close enough to the historic city center (you can easily reach it on foot). The comfort and cleanness are quite good (the usual Ibis standards, I must say). The breakfast is awesome.

The breakfast time tends to be chaotic as the hotel has not enough staff in the dining room. I always had to wait a lot before I could get a table and only after I had asked a waiter/waitress to clean it!

Ideal situated in the centre.

If you use internet per minute, the system does not automatically shut down after switching of yuor computer. This can lead to high costs.
