I would of liked tea / coffee making facilities in my room. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay. I would return back to the hotel. Staff lovely and the lady that we saw every morning who cleans the rooms always smiling.

der schlafkomfort lies zu wünschen übrig: 1. das kissen war rund und hart ,als wenn ich die ganze nacht auf einem ball geschlafen hätte. 2.die grosse bettdecke ist vielleicht in amerika standart,aber in mitteleuropa werden eigentlich einzeldecken bevorzugt 3. unser weckauftrag wurde nicht ausgeführt.

Die Lage Frühstücksraum war wie in der Bahnhofshalle, nach dem angepriesenen Sekt als Aktion beim Frühstück musste gefragt werden. Die ausgestellte Flasche war verschlossen und diente nur als Zierde.

Die freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Das Frühstücksbufett war mehr als ausreichend und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Weiters möchte ich auch die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung erwähnen. Mit gutem Gewissen können wir das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Wien

Les chambres très confortables et très propres. L'hôtel idéalement situé aux pieds de la gare. Les 2 postes d'accès à internet/imprimante sont appréciables. Le personnel de la réception peu aimable aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au check-out. Je trouve dommage qu'on ne nous dise pas ou qu'une brochure ne nous indique pas que les restes du mur de Berlin sont à 100m de l'hôtel, même si c'est qql chose que les berlinois veulent oublier, les touristes veulent le voir ! Nous ne savions pas qu'ils étaient juste à côté de nous ! Une suggestion : du lait chaud au buffet pdj.

“The design all over the place, very friendly staff (our suitcase did not arrive and they have done a lot of efforts to make it for us as comfortable as possible), beautiful room, very clean, a young ambiance with a lot of music on saterdaynight in the lounge. We had a concert in the O2, some 500 m ahead of the hotel, so we could walk to it.
