Ibis Berlin City Ost  

I would of liked tea / coffee making facilities in my room. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay. I would return back to the hotel. Staff lovely and the lady that we saw every morning who cleans the rooms always smiling.

Breakfast in this hotel is consistently fresh, delicious, and generous.

The first room I was assigned had hair on the floor in the bathroom, grit on the floor in the bedroom, and a toilet that kept running. The room they gave me after I complained had a stopped shower drain. I've stayed here before but always with a business rate. This time I had the tourist rate. Is this how they treat tourists? I am reluctant to recommend this hotel now.

Free internet access. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient. Excellent location..Next to the station . ibis usually have. Smoking rooms. Overall great choice....could have been a bit cheaper...60-65 Euros would have been enough. For 75 breakfast should have been included.

I suggest they add Euronewsl onTV channel list in english Add one English speaking channel with movies or tv series. The soap is really hard to come out. Deeper ashtrays. All else was sufficient :-)

De ligging ten opzichte van de O2 arena en het Ost-Bahnhof waren erg gunstig.

Ingang parkeergarage was onlogisch ten opzichte van de ingang van het hotel. Ook de toegang tot de garage is krap voor reizigers met grotere wagens. (erg krappe bocht) Duidelijk zichtbaar dat er al menige auto de muur bij de ingang had geraakt. Het hotel is gelegen op een druk kruispunt waar menig verkeersslachtoffer is gevallen, zo blijkt uit de gedenktekens die hier staan. Het verkeer raast langs je heen als je bij de stoplichten staat.

Lage an der ehemaligen Mauer, es sollte jedoch mehr Hinweise darauf geben.

Die Lage direkt am Ostbahnhof. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Alexanderplatz.

Die freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Das Frühstücksbufett war mehr als ausreichend und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Weiters möchte ich auch die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung erwähnen. Mit gutem Gewissen können wir das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Wien

η τοποθεσια ηταν πολυ βολικη κοντα στο σταθμο του μετρο και ευκολη προσβαση απο το αεροδρομιο μεσω του μετρο. το προσωπικο ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο

επειδη λογω δουλειασ ξυπνουσαμε το μεσημερι κανεισ δεν καθαρισε το δωματιο μασ παρα μονο οταν παραπονεθηκαμε μετα απο 4 μερεσ.

Sehr rüseliges frühstücken untenstehende frage . ev. es kommt darauf an was man möchte. nur übernachten ist ok. aber aufenthalt in den zimmern ist nicht ok. es ist zu klein
