The convenient location to the Messe. Our only complaint is that the fees for using the internet in our rooms were too much.

Really liked the helpful staff and the confort of the accomodations. Didn't like the fact that it was only possible to access free wireless in the lobby. For those who need to work in the computer this is big downside. Have to say that altough not so far away from the center, if the weather is bad it can be quite unconfortable to walk to the train station.

Close to the Koln Messe and Lanxess Arena. Not far to the city. Quiet and clean rooms. Strange smell in the hotel corridors. We were informed by hotel staff, that the eko plakette is required to get to the hotel, but it was not true.

Super Service,ganz nette Mitarbeiter, ganz wichtig für uns Radsportler sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.Essen ist sehr gut. Allgemein buchen wir für unsere Radsport events immer die ibis-Hotels. Vielen Dank für alles, bis zum nächsten Jahr Team Wiesenhof Allstars

2 Sterne-Hotel mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, welches man sich oft in Hotels mit 4 Sternen wünschen würde! Frühstück o.k., Speisekarte überschaubar = Essen sehr gut! Zimmer für 2 Sterne gut eingerichtet und sehr sehr Sauber!

Hotel diente zur Übernachtung nach der Weiberfastnacht. Übernachtungspreis daher sehr hoch, aber günstige Lage (8 min. Fußweg zur Bahn und dann eine Station zum Dom). Sauberkeit und Ausstattung entsprechen der Hotelkategorie. Personal war trotz Trubel freundlich. Alles in allem würden wir Hotel wieder nutzen. Lt. Rezeption Check in erst ab 15 Uhr, und nicht wie auf booking.com angegeben ab 14 Uhr , möglich.

Alles war wie erwartet. Frühstücksbüffet wurde regelmässig nachgefüllt. Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Housekeepingpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war gut, größe und Ausstattung waren ok.Parken direkt am Hotel war super und der Preis ist ok. Personal an der Rezeption hat "kein Lächeln " für uns gehabt, war sehr Schade.In der Bar hat sich der kellner benommen wie ein Schulmeister mit einer unhöflichen Art, so das man sich auch hier nicht wohlfühlen konnte. Beim Frühstück kam man sich vor wie auf einer Autobahnraststädte.Auf den hotelsafe wird nicht hingewiesen da nützt auch der hinweis im Prospekt nichts, das Wertsachen nicht Versichert sind wenn sie nicht im Safe liegen.Weiterempfehlen ist nur bedingt möglich.

Die Lage und die ausreichenden preiswerten Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Badezimmer entspricht eher einer Nasszelle, das Frühstück hat solch einen Namen nicht verdient. Das Laken wurde, obwohl es sichtbar verschmutz war, nicht gewechselt.
