I am a frequent guest at this hotel and initially chose it for it's convenient location for the station and on to the airport. I keep going back still for the location but also it is excellent value for money, clean smart and comfortable and the staff are excellent. There is a very good breakfast served at realistic times and a nice lounge bar for a quiet drink at night. During the summer months there is a very nice inside terrace/courtyard which is very pleasant given the location of the hotel. It will always be my first choice in the Dusseldorf area.

Location is great right at the Dusseldorf Station! Furthermore it is a basic & standard ibis you can expect everywhere in Europe. The size of the room and it was very hot in the room...in December....

Very convenient location being connected to the train station. The free internet in the lobby is so slow it's unusable. Also, I paid for wifi in the room and it was still unusable it was so slow.

People from reception don´t know to do their job properly and they are kind of rude. They charged us 20€ extra because the night shift guy made a mistake with our reservation and didn´t know how to fix it. In the mornig we were told that I would received my money back through a bank transfer in few days, it´s been 19days already and I did not receive anything. It´s deplorable.

Best hotel for the railway station and I use the railways a lot. It has its own door to the station concourse. The hotel is good quality. The staff are very helpful. As with most continental hotels there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
