The location is the best,this hotel is inside of the main train station,good staff and clean room. The reception is under contraction and is not very good.

Location is great right at the Dusseldorf Station! Furthermore it is a basic & standard ibis you can expect everywhere in Europe. The size of the room and it was very hot in the room...in December....

bed & breakfast were good Room equipment poor, colors poor, curtains don't darken room enough for afternoon sleep. Noises from neighbor rooms corridor outside my room (non-smoker) carried smell of smoke

The location at the central station was perfect. The rooms are clean. (1) In order to use the internet free you should go downstairs to the lobby which was not convinient (2) The staff - especially the lady - was disapointing.

Very good location if you have an early train to catch , clean and comfortable , new furniture and wooden flooring When I made the reservation I thought that internet access is very , however when I asked I was told that it is free only if you include breakfast in your booking which was not mentioned in the booking details.

Rooms was spotless clean, staff helpful. breakfast better than in some 4 starts we've seen. Of course the main advantage of this hotel is it's location, as it even has its own door directly to the station.Absolutely no noise from the trains. Bathroom is clean - towels & soap. We had free wi-fi in our room.

Very convenient location being connected to the train station. The free internet in the lobby is so slow it's unusable. Also, I paid for wifi in the room and it was still unusable it was so slow.

People from reception don´t know to do their job properly and they are kind of rude. They charged us 20€ extra because the night shift guy made a mistake with our reservation and didn´t know how to fix it. In the mornig we were told that I would received my money back through a bank transfer in few days, it´s been 19days already and I did not receive anything. It´s deplorable.

Best hotel for the railway station and I use the railways a lot. It has its own door to the station concourse. The hotel is good quality. The staff are very helpful. As with most continental hotels there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Easy access to the main train station and bus stop They "accidently" checked us out after one night (we were booked in for two nights). This meant that, at 21.50 on our second night, our room door opened and another guest tried to move in to the room. Both oursleves and the other guest could access the room using the "secure" key cards. There was little remorse show by the hotel for the issue.
