Booking.com mentioned 87 euros for my stay but Intercity hotel deducted 136 euros from my card. Please verify and let me know

Carpets in halls are getting close to their end but it wasn't a problem.

Good hotel, nothing special...probably the best thing for us was the abundant breakfast! Now that's just what you need to start the day!

The beds were not very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was not really efficient. It would had been best to sleep with the window open but there was too much noise outside...

The staff The constant crowd of smokers standing in front of the main entrance. The staff The 3" foam mattress suitable for a jail cell. The unresolved lack of reliable wi-fi. The smell of cigarettes throughout the main entrance The elevator doors do not have safety stops. A colleague had his arm caught between the door and the door jam resulting in injury. No roll away cots. Reason: the rooms are so small. Because of the problems during my last stay, I was promised a "complimentary upgrade to the executive unit.". Executive means you get a room the same size as the economy, but you can make 5 euros of local calls and drain the mini bar every night - which contains to beers, a coke and an orange juice. Of course the staff never informed us of any of this. And when we checked out we were billed for the "complimentary upgrade" - 10 Euros per night.

Very easy to get to train station / bus / metro / taxi from there. Very friendly staff, good breakfasts, free wifi.

Only one tiny pillow on the bed, which is completely not made for good sleep.

Across the street from the main Frankfurt train station. Reception is open all night. Very basic and standard accomodations but clean. Quiet room was asked and given a room at the back of the building, high floor and was quiet despite the close distance from the train station.

If traveling to and from Frankfurt airport, Frankfurt main station area, this is a great hotel, but the locale does not offer the best tourism - the shopping district (Ziel) is a little far for walking with a bag or bags after shopping although a nice distance to go on a walk. It is not a beautiful hotel by any means and the corridors and the room look a bit tired. However, as I mentioned it on the plus side, it was clean and quiet and all that I look for when I stay at a city-centre hotel.

Hotel was clean, well run staff were good, and meals were good.

Our room was small for two adults with large suitcases.

Every things was good stander us.

The breakfast staff not helpful, the toaster was not working still no one said any thing to me till asked why the bread not toasted then he said its broken. They saw putting the breada but waitted till I asked them. They dont say good morning, basicaly I didnt like to go for breakfast. The staff are excellent without breakfast staff.

there was the lunchbox servie for people who are not able to have breakfast at the hotel, which was very nice.

Fantastic location, incredibly convenient. Breakfast is magnificent, huge, and delicious. Brand new big screen tv installed during my stay offering nice variety.

I foolishly upgraded to the Executive room. Hotel room is very spartan, items promised in on-line description not provided. Night Front desk clerk Stefan rude and discourteous, when asked about missing items dismissed me saying problem could only be handled during the daytime. WiFi restricted to one code, so cannot have both smartphone and laptop on at the same time. Bed is a foam mattress with one thin pillow, only chair is a shredding wicker chair that tears clothes, towels are ripped and frayed. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Now ,I have been tried 3 Intercity hotels.It was a very good choice to me through booking,intercity hotel frankfort airport..frankfort main &intercity stuttgart.My experience was very good,Iwould like to expess my thanks to whole staff of the 3 hotels,,,Particulary miss pahan in intercity frankfort main ,,,she was so helpful ,,her advices & help gave us good chance to enjoy our stay in Frankfort.Thank you again.

Perfect location opposite the main train station, very good buffet breakfast, free public transport during stay, overall excellent value for the money.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean, comfortable room, easy access to airport and old town by S-Bahn. The 24hr local transit pass was a wonderful gift and much appreciated and used. Outstanding breakfast. And very affordable room rates.

1) Located just next to Frankfurt HBF. Very convenient and easy to find. 2) Can easily get food at the HBF and nearby area. 3) Can get the Hop On / Off Bus tour from the HBF. 4) Breakfast is great.

Location is perfect, just beside Frankfurt train main station. clean and neat rooms. few minutes walk to the shopping areas. Breakfast restaurant was excellent and rich. very reasonable room rate.

Location. 2 minutes walk to get to my train. Nice quiet room and lovely bathroom and shower. it also has a nice bar area.

there is often a long queue at reception desk with not enough staff on duty .. and a long wait. have experienced this a few times. not good when you are in a rush for a train!
