The hotel has good facilities and is located at one of the best location for travelling. Just a few walks to train station. Also the hotel gave free tickets to use with all commuting in the city, very useful. Easy to find stuff like foods with wide selection. The hotel staffs were awesome with good service mind. But this excepts the staff that looks like Chinese (a bit fat too). I thought she just wanted to be guests' mother. Disappointed for the hotel. |

It's close proximity to the Train station and finding food was easy enough and convenient. It was also very safe being opposite the Police Station. The free wireless internet was fast enough. The complimentary rides on the city's public transport was useful. The aircondition just blew out air but fortunately, it was 15 to 18 degrees outside and opening the windows was adequate (but can be noisy with the traffic and passersby as we were staying on the 1st floor in room 141. |

I reserved a "executive room" with price containing free minibar, free shower robe, free slippers, with a king-size bed. And, the hotel assigned me a regular room without a king-size bed. When I talked to front desk after I got the room key, hotel lady told me that was a king- size bed. It's very rediculous. How cannot I disguish a king-size bed from a double bed? I have stayed numerous hotels among different countries. I got free shower robes and slippers after I very insisted I can get them and hotel staff was not professional with bad attitue. And I still slept on a double bed, which was totally different from the picture I saw in the booking.com website, much smaller but I was still charged by "executive room" rate. When I arrived hotel, I asked whether my booking included free breakfast. The lady told me "yes". When I checked out, the different lady told me to pay additional two breakfast buffet fees of Euro dollars $48. The lady told me I got wrong answer yesterday. What is that? How can a hotel staff informed a wrong information and hotel doesn't want to absorb the fee? Poor attitude. I ended up paying additional euro $48 with very unsatisfaction to this hotel. |

Convenience comfort and value It was not made clear when I checked in thatbreakfast was not included and I did not notice that an additional euro28 had been added to each room .I finished by paying an additional total of euro 56 even though only two of the party of three actually had breakfast. Actually the breakfast was excellent so it is not a big criticism. Due to time pressure I did not notice this until after I had checked out and paid the bill |

hotel is clean, nice and central, but very typical business hotel. The reception could smile more often .... Have stayed at the hotel twice, both times the hotel has given a bill that is significantly higher than the one we have received from Booking.com. after a lot of problem they go with the original price. |

Location Booked us into a standard room when we booked a executive suite. Reception not aware of what you book they just allocate you a room. Staff need happy pills. No info about Hotel in room. Charged me for breakfast when we did not have breakfast, charged me for phone calls when they were included in package. You just need to be aware of your package and make sure you get what you requested. Worst experience I have had for a long time |

I loved the location. Other than that, the hotel service contained of everything one would need, no special luxury but the comfort exceeded the price. |
