Located about 100 meters from the main rail station. Real unlimited Free wifi throughout all the hotel, and they even asked if my wife needs a different user name, which was so nice and productive for us.Nice breakfast. They give you a free ticket for public transportation for your all stay duration. Rooms are small, but if you use them for slipping only, it is good enough. Lobby is small. Public toilets are small and not in the best maintenance.

I found the staff friendly, very efficient, very helpful and impressive in regard to command of foreign languages. I found the breakfast buffet very generous, of a very good standard with great variety. I thought I had booked a double or comfort room. I thought my room was greatly overpriced for a single room at 160 eu. The room had no resemblance to the one I believed I was booking. Iwould not return to this hotel again unless they were able to explain the above situation satisfactorily to me.

Price, location and staff were excellent. A great motel to use if you are in transit to other locations by train. A short walk from Milan Central to motel. One of the best breakfast we had on our trip. Motel was great but the worst bed and pillows we encountered during 6 weeks of travel. A foam mattress covered with plastic and the most pathetic pillows ever seen. Not up to the standard this motel rates. It was a shame because all other things were fine. I couldn't recommend on that basis.

Very nice, clean room. Breakfast excellent, with plenty of choices, virtually every thing to suit all tastes. Location central, all public transport nearby. City transport passes were given free of cost for the whole stay. Very expensive. Prices were trebled, the excuse being annual world book fair was being held during the same week. At the time of booking I requested for room with bath tub, but did not get it. At the time of booking I did not realize that the cancellation terms were very severe. I have never seen such conditions for cancellation.

Location I ordered and payed for a twin no-smoking room. A single tiny room was waiting for me. The hotels solution was a double smoking room.

This large hotel is located very conveniently to the Hauptbahnhoff, and offers extras such as a pass for free public transport, free wifi, and breakfast. Check in staff, though busy, were very friendly and helpful. The district around this hotel is seedy at night. We started walking to the Old Town for dinner at around 8 pm, but after seeing guys shooting up and urinating on the footpath, and lots of nighclubs, we thought better of it and went back to the hotel. Breakfast was so busy we couldnt get a table, ended up sharing, and found staff were too busy to set up tables, and lots of things were running out. Not in the least relaxing. Rooms are very small, but have all the basics. We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the station for an early train. I wouldnt recommend it for a holiday in Frankfurt.

The room is ok and the staff is helpful. The wifi is fast. The location is the best and the worst of the hotel. It is good to be near the Hauptbahnhof, but the neighbourhood is ugly and has too many strip clubs and casinos, which attract some strange characters. I really did not like the breakfast. It was the worst I had in six hotels in my traveling around Germany. I decided to eat out even the breakfast was included. An hamburger asked from the restaurant was also terrible.

The location was as good as one would want if you are visiting Frankfurt either on business or holiday. The breakfast selection was suitable for all tastes with both variety and quantity and pleasant service from staff. The free transport pass supplied was a bonus and even allowed us to travel to the airport as we left Germany to return home to New Zealand. We had visited Germany for four weeks and the bed in this hotel was the absolute worst we have tried to sleep in. A rubber mattress protector under the bottom sheet made the firm sponge rubber mattress even worse. We reverted to putting the duvet inner under the sheet for some little comfort. Fortunately it was warm so we did not need the duvet on top, only its cover. On our final evening in Germany we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. We were dissappointed that not one of the staff could speak English and therefore understand our wishes although they did try hard - not good enough for an International hotel, it let them down.

We appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was quite good. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel. It is within walking distance to the train station and a short drive to the airport. With the well-appointed interior, I expected a very comfortable bed. It was quite hard, but not enough to keep this exhausted traveler from a good night's sleep.

Hard beds, very basic bedding (single duvet on a double bed and only one pillow), wifi not available all the time. Not enough seating at breakfast during the fairs and some unfriendly staff at breakfast.

Convenient to the fair Room service was poor (improperly made up room, slow to change). Key cards for doors repeatedly fail - a problem experienced by many guests while we were there.

The staff where great both at the desk, the bar and the maids. The bed was sensational and as we were traveling around Germany by train (first class) the location was great, oposite the train station, close to the old City and shopping. Coming from Bangkok we found the room a little tight.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Though this is my first time to Frankfurt, they offered me with information on getting around in city and never failed to answer any of my queries regard to travelling around. The cleaning staff never fails to greet her guests with a smile in the morning with even offers to the guests should they require any extra toiletries. Overall, the staff provide the hotel guests with a pleasant experience on their stay. The Wifi service often gets disrupted during the day. On occasions when I require internet connection to do work related emails, it can be quite a pain.

The location was perfect. And price if during fairs it is around 120 euro then it is a good deal. The room in the night is some days noisy specially at weekend.
