Location is good as it is very close to the main train station. Hotel is clean and rooms quiet. Staff/system seems a bit disorganised. We booked our room without breakfast but they tried to charge us for it on checkout even thought we had not asked for or taken it. Apparently we should have known that we were going to be charged for something we had not booked and informed the staff on check in that we did want it. Also they tried to charge us the wrong rate for the room too!! Make sure you take your booking confirmation to deal with them!!!! |

Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Hotel staff at the reception were very good extending a warm welcome, all formalities completed very quickly. The location of the hotel, right opposite to frankfurt station was another thing I liked. The hotel staff were also cooperative in guiding me to the railway platforms to reach Airport. In all it was a pleasant experience staying at Hotel and I am recommending this hotel to many of my colleagues who would visit frankfurt. |

We stayed in this hotel twice because it was a reasonably priced hotel with a great breakfast, and in a great location directly across the road from the Frankfurt Main Hbf (railway station). For city access within the city and as far as the airport, this hotel provided us with free metro and bus transport cards. Although the main sights were quite walkable. We found several good restaurants nearby including a very good Thai just around the corner which was recomended by the desk. The rooms were quiet and the bathrooms adequate for our needs. Although one room had a noisy a/c unit. The staff were always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Although wifi was free, it was unfortunate that the i'net was down for the entire length of our first stay. |

The breakfast is good. The staff is extremely impolite. Specially there is an asian girl called y.w. XXXX. I can't see clearly her name card. She is totally not professional and rude. The internet cannot reach my room in second floor and in the resturant. |

We used the hotel to get over jet lag before continuing our trip. We had stayed there before and will again at the end of this trip because it is so convenient to the train station and therefore to the airport. No |

Great choice at breakfast - really good. They claim that there is a wifi free in rooms, but in fact there is so low signal that I was not online any time. Also there was a smell like toilette everywhere.:-( |

Very Good Breakfast . Free Internet with no problems. Rooms are clean. Front Desk staff needs training. They dont know how to handle guests complains. The corridors have a bad smell. I believe they have problem with draining system. During exhibitions when people pay double price the management to offer some extras amenities like like double towels in the bathroom. One it is not enough. |

Located very centrally, across from maim train station and police station. Hotel was of a good standard and staff were friendly enough. The beds are like yoga mats placed on a pile of bricks. Uncomfertable, but ok for our group as we were a stag party. |

V practical location and excellent hotel for getting around to airport and station.Good breakfasts/travel pass provided during the stay and Walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants.Red light area and seedy station surroundings are not threatening to women.Be careful with purses as one would be in all big cities rooms a bit small and we were given smoking room instead of non smoking that was requested |

the Breakfast My room was very small A jail cell in holland was bigger, window could not close as it was broken,so the hotel room window was always open a lot of noise early morning. Also the railway area was full of junkies which was not a good place to be in. |

For a budget price, 78 euros per night, this hotel was quite reasonable, including good Internet and a large breakfast buffet of average quality. The hotel is almost directly outside the north entrance of the main railway station. The desk in my "executive" room was tiny, and had no space to work at all until I relocated hotel bumf, coffee maker, etc to the floor or other locations. The light over the desk was fixed to the wall and provided mediocre illumination. |
