Hotellin sijainti on hyvä messuvieraille. Eivät aktiivisesti tarjonneet päivälippua kaupungin julkiseen liikenteeseen. En tosin edes kysynyt, koska vastaanotossa oli juuri silloin jonoa. |

i didn't feel there was value for my money spent, i thought i saw the price was with the breakfast, but, the service offered to me was without breakfast. I selected the hotel for Wireless internet access, but, i couldn't access the internet which the hotel staff don't know how to solve. I'm totally dissatisfied, given the chance, i would go for my money refund??? |

Free internet downstairs. I was not sure about the sign in the bathroom that taking steam bath may trigger the smoke detector and resetting the smoke detector will cost guest a big money. The sign makes me nervous when I took the shower because shower creates steam. Also, the pilow was too soft and low. |

Central location, clean and tidy, well priced Only quibble was the very soft one pillow which was quite painful when I woke up the next morning. |

It was v. close to station.Nice quiet rooms You have to ask for every thing or they will not provied.We reserved in an ex. rooms and had to bargen to have what was our right!!!!!! |

The hotel is centric next to the main station. The price includes transport ticket within the city and internet. Some days at the morning the water of the shower was lukewarm, not appropiate during winter. |

Centraly located, comfortable and very clean hotel. We forgot something in the hotel room, we came back couple of hours ago after our check-out and it was gone. The cleaning lady who cleaned our room has already left and, we were told, that she was the only one to know if something had been found. To our surprise, the hotel does not have a lost and found area where found objects are left. |

Proximity to City Center and railway Station Very high price (Euros 285 per day) but the room temperature was very very hot (30 deg) with the heating off and the AC not working. I informed the staff and they said the windows of my room could be opened by them (room main road facing on ground floor) which I obviously refused and sweated all tru the night while it was a cool 10 deg C outside. |
