Very clean, very closed to hoftbahnhofe, very good breakfast. I will come back again. I also get two city tickets from the hotel.

It was a very good hotel. Breakfast was superb and the staff excellent. Would certainly go back.

Convinient, direct to center of the city frankfurt. Free for public transport.

1. I live in the hotel for over 16 nights and totally I spent over 26oo euro, but in the first week the internet was defectet, they told me that I have to wait cause it was Easten holidays, or I have togo to the other hotel besides to have it. And I requested mini bar free for compensation, but they told me not possible. 2. While I booked the room through Booking.com, it showed to add a bed is possible, and I sent my notice that i need it. But the hotel told me, no extra bed to add, and the room i got was so small, not possible to add a bed.

We enjoyed the friendly helpful staff,the very good breakfasts .The level of cleanliness was high and the Hotel was very convenient for the City anf the Rail Station .a great bonus was the free city Bus /Rail Pass The only negatives were that the room was small and the Matress quite hard

Staff, location, food

The location is very good, just in opposite of the station. The staff is really nice, and they offer us free transportation in frankfurt for three days!!! The room is clean, and you can watch TV programs from other countries, including CCTV-4!!!

The staff was excellent, mostly helpful. The city pass was great, and used it. Close to train station for morning train to the airport. The breakfast buffet was very good, several choices, good quality food. Breakfast was early enough to catch a morning flight and train.

After the lobby, the rooms need a remodel. The hallways and rooms need the carpet replaced, becuase the carpet is creepy. The rooms are extremely small, so there was no room to lay down two suitcases. The internet connection is non-existent, and the hotel staff cannot help you. The hotel rooms and hallways do not feel safe. We had a quiet room in the back. There were people outside most of the night making loud noises. We would not stay here again, despite the good location.

Professional and friendly staff, excellent service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good food and great variety. Good value.

good location. clear room and comfort bed. Breakfast is excellent as well. Wi-Fi is not working well sometimes.
